I've been using this product for about 6 months now....some of the negative reviews I believe completely...but I don't think they are using the product correctly...first of all you do not need as much as they tell you to use...Honestly half as much will do just fine....if you feel like your scalp is not clean, use regular shampoo just on your scalp and then just use the wen as a conditioner..if you do that, you use even less and stretch your dollar....the next really important thing for some reason is you have to blow dry your hair to get the amazing results wen has to offer

WEN Fig Cleansing Conditioner 16oz

Thankfully, I didn't know there was an infomercial before I bought this product. I would have been biased against it had I known. I've tried all of the Wen cleansing conditioners now and this one, Fig, is my favorite. The Lavender scented version is second.

I have long, brown hair of (perhaps slightly thicker than) medium thickness that is (and was) in good condition. I didn't have a problem getting it to be soft, and it generally behaves itself nicely in the dry winter months, but it is prone to frizz and unwanted extra volume in wet or humid weather.

I was not sure about this product. But when I used it. It was great you really dont need any thing else. I have never used a shampoo with out a separate conditioner. Just great.

WEN Cucumber Aloe Cleansing Conditioner - 16oz

I've been using WEN cleansing conditioner (the cucumber aloe variety) for about 5 months now. I don't use it exactly the way the instructions suggest. I "wash" my hair every day but use regular shampoo probably once or twice a week. (I normally add a couple squirts of the WEN to my dollop of shampoo.) The other days I use WEN cleansing conditioner as my shampoo, but I DO always follow-up with a color-preserving (John Frieda) conditioner afterwards. The WEN instructions suggest that you apply a small (large pea-sized) amount to soaking wet hair as a leave-in conditioner, and I do that. I was up late one night and ran into the infomercial for this from Chaz Dean and I was sucked in! I ended up ordering it from their website and got the "kit" and the membership like the other reviewer mentioned. WATCH OUT for that!! They send it to you every three months unless you cancel and it's rather spendy. They don't just send you the cleansing conidtioner either, they send you the mask too, which I have yet to use.
I do love the comb that the kit came with and the styling creme. I think it's best to order the kit, then cancel the membership right away and just reorder from Amazon or HSN what you like best.

WEN Tea Tree Cleansing Conditioner - 16oz

I love this stuff. I cheat and use a applicator bottle to get it to the roots, and i rinse rinse rinse or my hair will look greasy. I normally have greasy roots, some mild dandruff and dry split ends. This stuff balances it all out and I dont have the greasy itchy need to wash your hair feeling. I have thick, straight limp hair and this stuff has added more body to it. I tell everyone about it and I am now the envy of my workplace because of my hair.

WEN Set of Three for Fine-Medium Hair - 6oz

When I first received the Chaz Wen kit from his website I used it as directed. My hair was silky and shiny, but the problem was that it was to fine and limp. I couldn't do anything with it. So I started using it as a conditioner only and let me tell you...I love it!!! I use shampoo first, which I know defeats the purpose of using Chaz's products, but using his conditioner as an actual conditioner has been awesome. My hair has kept it's color longer and it's still very shiny, and I can style it. Prior to using this product for a conditioner my color faded and it started looking like straw in less than two months. Now my color is lasting longer and it no longer looks like straw. WEN Fig Cleansing Conditioner - 32oz

I'm 37 years old and since my hair turned curly at the age of 9 I've been looking for a way to cut down on the frizz. I can't say that this product does it alone, but it's part of a regimen that works for me. It's pricey, so once my hair was healthier, I switched to less frequent washes with it, but when I use a different shampoo, I use the Wen as a leave in conditioner and it really works.
My only problem was that the top was not secure in shipping and the product spilled. I contacted the company and although it took several weeks they more than compensated for the spill.
All in all, worth the effort.

Wen is simply amazing. I have only used it twice and I have had so many compliments on my hair. I have fine curly bleach treated hair and this product moisturizes my hair like no other product. My 9 year old daughter has beautiful long hair which tangles easily. Since she has been using Wen we no longer argue over brushing her hair! We love this and would recommend it to everyone. I can't believe it is so reasonably priced too!
