I love coffee, love espresso. But have not found any KCups I've loved. They're either too weak or strangely tasteless expept for bitterness. Till Donut Shop. This is perfect. Strong, but not bitter, stays good even after it's cooled off. Even my husband who makes his coffee way too weak for me to ever drink likes this, so that's how good it tastes. Give it a try, I think you'll be surprised at how good it is.

Since I first got my Keurig, I've tried quite a few different K-cups. I didn't purchase this for the political implications but, rather that it was available immediately and I was almost completely out of coffee and that it was less expensive per cup than the Caribou stuff I'd been drinking for a while.

My Obama blend arrived about a week before the election. My cleaning lady (a McCain supporter) refused to drink it. Personally, I like it. It's rather Medium, not really a noticeable CHANGE from my Caribou and it's definitely helping my ECONOMY since it's much less expensive per cup and since my cleaning lady won't drink it, we are not using as many cups as we ordinarily do.

Good old Coffee People, once a Portland,Oregon favorite, was one of the many wonderful mom-and-pop sort of coffee companies that succumbed to the corporate Starbucks machine. Their coffee is both full of flavor and potent: not for the coffee drinking lightweights. I am so happy that I can still find their brand in K-cup form!

Black Tiger is my favorite coffee pod. First, it is delicious coffee. Second coffee people pods are the only pods I have seen where you get some crema, or the creamy looking froth that high pressure brewing can get. This is the sign of a well brewed cup and something that drip cannot duplicate. I used to mix up my pods but after trying the Black Tiger I have 4-5 boxes and unused pods that will never be used. The other Coffee People pods also get some crema.

I knew these reviews would rapidly descend into insipidity (look it up morons). I will skip the easy and ridiculous jokes and say that I found THE ACTUAL COFFEE to be quite good. I am certain the grounds in both packages were from the exact same enormous batches of coffee and taste pretty much identically.

What I want to know now is:
If I can't afford to buy any, will the government buy me some of that obamanation flavor? I think I understood that he plans to take care of us po' folk.

I thought I could change from "Tullie's" dark French roast decaf to "Coffee People" and I was wrong.
These "Coffee People" little blue k-cups produce little more than brown water coffee. I was disappointed because the adjective "bold" is used on the package. Perhaps such "boldness" lies in daring to use the word "bold" for such a mild brew.
I suppose if you prefer to weakness of Dunkin to the full-body of Starbucks then this coffee is for you. But I'd rather drink flavoured tea.

I've tried several dark/bold offerings from various roasters sold through Amazon. So far, this one really brews the strongest cup I've tried yet. If you like really dark strong coffee, you can't go wrong with this one. If you're the type that thinks dark roasts taste "burnt", then you should probably avoid this roast.

The convenient K-Cups used for Keurig Coffee machines is wonderful. The Extra Bold Kona Blend is a medium to strong brew, perfect for after dinner. With the B60 Keurig you get to choose the strength, and I've tried all three. This coffee stands out even when used with milk.

The Kona Blend by Coffee People is not bitter but smooth, yet carries a nice punch!

I haven't found a coffee from the coffee people that I don't love. Great especially for that afternoon zap!
