While this product does curb your appetite, I find that I cannot take it after one o'clock in the afternoon. It makes me antsy and I cannot fall asleep for hours after taking a less than recommended dose. I will however continue to purchase this product because I believe that it helps with my weight loss. It does not help as fast as the commercials say, but then again it depends on the persons diet and exercise routine.

This product works fine and it does suppress your appetite and give you tons of energy (I was up to two workouts a day!). It is not terribly hard to fall asleep but as soon as I do I have disturbing, weird dreams that make me wake up feeling horrible. I am stopping the pills since I would rather have a good night's sleep and not have to deal with all the dark sides of my sub-conscious! As soon as I stop the pills the dreams stop, which tells me the pills are having more than their fair share of effects on my brain. If you can sleep through the night in peace, then go for it!

I started taking Hydroxycut Max about a week ago. I'm 36yrs old, 5'8" & about 135lbs. I eat clean with an occasional cheat meal & I drink coffee or a caffeinated beverage 1-2x/wk. When I bought HM I didn't expect it to DO the work FOR me I only thought it may give me some extra energy so I could hit the workouts a little harder. I know I don't need to lose any weight but I'd like to add muscle & lean out a bit. Great product. Works well and gives you energy while helping with a boost of metabolism. You just have to be sure not to abuse it because there is a lot of caffeine in the pills and you don't want to take too much. I like this product a lot.

I am a skinny marathon runner, and I don't gain muscle mass easily. An injury curtailed my running, so I decided to rework my fitness regimen to focus on weightlifting. I bought CellTech at the recommendation of a friend and tried it for 8 weeks, following the directions exactly.

The first thing I noticed was the foul taste of the CellTech. This is a great product especially when you take it on your way home from work and need that boost to get things done. Gives you tons of energy. You will want to work out and when you're working out you feel your body heat rise so you know you have to be buring fat. I have managed to tone up pretty quick. I have lost five pounds yet I eat as usual, which is a lot. I'm sure if I followed a lower calorie diet I would definitely lose more weight. I only need one pill to get me going! Highly recommend this product.
