Philips Norelco 8260XLCC Men's Shaving System

I just got the 8260 Norelco to replace my other 2 shavers(a Braun 8995 and a Panasonic Nano). This shaver is superior to both of my prior shavers,and here's why:
1.There is the noise issue.The Panasonic was annoyingly loud, the Braun was quite noisy, but the 8260 is very quiet.This may seem trivial,but it is nice to shave in peace.
2.The 8260 shaver truly shaves in one or two passes, and is completely non-irritating from the get-go. The Panasonic gets a little burny on the tough spots,and must be held at a specific angle to perform with it's angled blade technology and that is very annoying. Norelco Cool Skin Razor - 8020X

I really like this razor! It does a good job and the blades are very flexible. I also like how it isn't a dry razor and you can keep releasing shaving lotion. I use a regular razor blade three times a week but I wanted something easy to use for the in between days because I often cut myself with the regular razor! I'm lucky that my facial hair doesn't grow super fast, so this Norelco razor is perfect for me. It's so small and light, too, making it great for travel. I have had it for two weeks now and I love it!

I hate shaving. I loathe it. It may be the worst part of being an adult male (which is, you know, not such a bad thing but still...) and I am fortunate that I really only have to shave a couple of times a week for work and such.

After reading the reviews here about a year ago, I went for it and bought the CoolSkin.

I decided that I would follow the instructions to the letter for the first couple of weeks. I shaved every day (horrible!!!) and then after about 10 days, something 'clicked' and it became an actual pleasure to shave.

It takes longer than using a conventional razor, but when you're finished, your face is smooth from the moisturizer and you have no more whiskers. Yay!

Philips Norelco HQ8 Spectra & Sensotec Shaver Replacement Heads

My first razor lasted me 20 years without any replacement blades.
It was a self sharpening. Now, they found it much more profitable to
replace the blades every year.
I've looked for razor with self sharpening blades. I wouldn't mind
paying a little more up front for it, but they don't make them any more.
My blades are pretty much unusable after one year now. I have to buy
a new replacement set for $39.
Next, I think they'll discontinue the old blades, forcing you to buy a new
razor as well.

Have used Norelco shavers for 30+years. This unit is by far the very best!. It is closer, more versatile, and sleeker than any product on the market, I love it!!!!!

Philips Norelco G270 Multi-Trim All Purpose Groomer

The charge only lasts a few minutes. Takes 24+ hours to recharge it. When it is working, it works well and the attachments are good. I would not recommend it to anyone!

Philips Norelco 7735X Cool Skin Lotion Dispensing Shaver

I have found that you can buy Nivea shaving gel at any store for about three bucks and use the gel just as you would with a razor blade. It actually works better than the pump Nivea inside the shaver and super cheap. This eliminates the need for the expensive refills. This is the absolute best shaver I have ever used and it is as good a blade shave.

Philips Norelco T970 Accu-Vac Beard and Moustache Trimmer

It works pretty well. It seems a bit underpowered, maybe because the vacuum is sucking up some juice. The vacuum sucks up about 3/4 of the cut hair, so there is still some cleaning to do. Overall, i think it's a good buy.

I bought this to replace a Norelco Cool Skin shaver. I had the Cool Skin for 2 years and loved it, but the battery wore out.

The Speed XL 7800XLCC is a waste of money. There is no "Speed" in this thing at all. The motor is weak, the charge does not last for more than one shave.

It takes a half hour to shave, and the shave still sucks. The heads barely cut.

I am going to send his back to Norelco.

I don't know what I will try next. I liked the Cool Skin, but the lotion dispenser is fragile, and I'd rather have a pop up trimmer.
