I have been using mine for two weeks now, and I have to say it really does work. Like some others have said, I was not hungry yet I didn't have the jitters. I found I didn't have any cravings for sweets and other carbs. Don't get discouraged if your scale doesn't show enough progress. So far I have only lost a couple pounds but also several inches. My size 8 pants were too tight two weeks ago, but now they are loose. I lost a couple inches on my waist, and an inch and a half on my hips, an inch off both thighs. I bought this ball to use as a replacement chair for work. The normal work chairs aren't very comfortable.

The ball itself is well constructed. The plastic is thick and I don't have to worry about it getting punctured. The only problem I have with the ball is can become a static cling and everything sticks to it.

The device that came with the ball to blow it up is a nuisance. If I had an actual air-pump at work, I would have used that instead. It takes forever to blow up a 75cm ball with the included pump. It also made this high-pitch whine from the air passing into the ball. After I was done blowing the ball up after I got it, the tube that you use between the ball and the pump broke. I enjoy using my Polar heart rate monitor. It is the first heart rate monitor I have ever purchased as I needed it for a college class. It is simple and easy to use. I wish it did have an alarm on it, but I guess I would have had to pay more for a heart rate monitor with an alarm.

I had read the previous reviews before purchasing the vitamins so I was prepared for the large size of the pills. They also have the awful natural vitamin smell. Because they contained such a great combination for a multi vitamin, I was going to overlook those two deficiences.

However, these vitamins made me throw up or get extremely nauseous three different times so I have now given up on the pills.

Yes that's correct, this unhandy little device actually increased my foot pain. I work in a job where I stand 9 hours a day so I was looking for anything that could help.

I'll Keep looking.

The little balls that 'massage' your poor feet actually just gouge into your heel and forefoot while you constantly try and keep your feet centered on this contraption.

HoMedics usually makes little miracle machines however this isn't one of them. 1-Star; returned for refund.

I gave it to my husband for 6 days and from the first day, it worked good for him. He saw black stool his frist day (next morning). He said he was pretty shocked on how much stool was coming out of him when he thought he was a pretty regular guy. He was definitely going a lot more than usual.
He even felt his pants a little looser around the waist and his eating habits were the same.

I used these blocks training for the Chicago Marathon. The first few times, I enjoyed the taste, but was a little put off by how big and chewy they were.

The package says that each package is two servings of blocks. However, there is not a very good way to store the second half of the bag while on your run. The remaining blocks got even stickier than they started out.

Also, they were somewhat hard to eat while running. They were just too big and too chewy.

I have switched to the Jelly Belly Sport Beans, which I find better tasting and somewhat easier to eat due to their smaller size.

I have suffered from IBS for years. Tried a lot of stuff. Pepto Bismol helped but was not a preventive. I have been taking 2 capsules a day for about 3 weeks or so and things have calmed down considerably.

Not only that but my arthritis seems to have calmed down too, but I will have to see whether it helps the arthritis during the winter season.

I had heard about peppermint oil's benefits but am truly surprised that all that was said seems to be true. I originally just tried it to sweaten my breath.
