I don't find these capsules as tasteless as I had hoped they'd be. I've learned to take them before bed when the "fish burps" aren't a problem. I have great respect for Dr. Weil and trust the purity and safety of these because he's put his name on them.

I have just finished a bottle of this and my,my, my the weight has really fallen off.
It certainly supresses ones appetite and makes you very thirsty.
I am in the UK and i have lost a stone (dont know what that is in pounds).
I have gone down a whole dress size and some.

I did not want to run in to town for vitamins. So I looked on Amazon for the D vitamins that I buy. Low and behold they have them. The bottles bigger than I normally buy and contain more tablets.

I have seen a lot of research about the positive effects of taking vitamin D and I feel better when I take it, especially in the winter. I live in Wisconsin and we just do not get enough sun in the winter.

If you are interested in the positive effects of Vitamin D, I suggest you google it.

I read the previous comments about this seller but I decided to give it a try anyways since the comments were dated. The incense that arrived was just as the other person had posted. It is so old that you can barely light it. If you are lucky enough to get it to burn to can hardly smell it even while it is burning. Don't buy incense from this seller. I now buy fresh Nag Champa at a real store. It maybe twice the price but it is infinitely better.
