I got the product and at first it gave me some energy but then later on it would make me real tired. I did the whole 30 days and when I weighed in I lost 5 lbs with exercise and diet. This product was as effective on me as it may have been on others. Its not for everyone. I did get great customer service. Thanks!!

I've used this for a week so far, and I feel good. Unlike using some #$%#$% like Red Bull--which wakes you up but feels like having your life sucked away--this product has a gentle effect that carries me to the end of my day.

My entire adult life (I'm 32) I would be dragging and ready to sleep by the time I got home from work around 6PM.

So far, this product has energized me to put off sleep until a reasonable time in the evening.

I jog for two hours every Saturday. Usually, I'm wiped out for the rest of the day after that.

This past Saturday, I did my running, and continued to be constructively active the rest of the day. It was great.

My Chiropractor strongly suggested I purchase an inversion table to help with my disc problems. After reading several reviews on Amazon I decided on the Paradigm 500 Inversion Table with some trepidation since I didn't have the opportunity to actually try it.

It arrived in less than 24 hours, assembly was extremely easy (even with current back issues) and I was on it for the first time in less than an hour.

A couple reviews admire the ratcheting ankle brackets which was ultimately what made up my mind. After using them I am extremely glad I went with the ratcheting version. My feet are held firmly in place without any discomfort allowing me to invert to a full 90 degrees and still feel comfortable and secure.

I just got these and so far, so good. The 2-pound are quite light, you might want to get at least the 3-pound. Still, they are building my muscles - I am small. They seem pretty sturdy. The neoprene is good because they don't slip and it's not uncomfortable even if you sweat. I would definitely buy more of the same brand.

I use this stool while at a computer. Does the trick. Seems sturdy, the cushion is comfortable. This stool meets all my expectations, and it seems to be one of the least expensive ones to boot!

To begin, I am a 25 year old male, a big guy too. I had been curious about trying N.O.-Xplode after hearing good things about it from coworkers. The first day I tried it I honestly didn't feel the "rush" that people claim they feel. I was disappointed, but then I kept on trying it and noticed a great increase in energy. I can lift more and work out for longer, not to mention that the focus increases as well. The only "con" about this product is that if you take it you won't be able to sleep for the next 3-4 hours, so I wouldn't suggest using it if you work out right before sleeping, especially if it cuts into your sleeping hours. I love chocolate, but this tastes gross. I learned pretty quickly that it's also bad for my digestive system. It's way too overpriced and it's actually unhealthy. Any good athlete shouldn't be eating this.

This is a very good product in my opinion. I was personally able to increase muscle size and ability to use heavier weights. I recommend it to anyone who is like me and is a "hard-gainer." This product is not a must-have amazing solution, but it does help, and in my opinion, it really did help me a lot but again you do not need it to get stronger or bigger. I have a much older version that has worked perfectly for several years. This new one has the advantage of the 30 lap memory. You can get your time and average heart rate for every split and the overall run. You also get min, average and max heart rate for the run. My monitor works great, is reasonably comfortable to wear and is easy to read when running. I highly recommend it.
