A bit pricey, but well worth it. Can lie down in bed or on a sofa to use. The optional heat is a nice feature. Can also sit on the sofa or in a recliner chair and place this pillow where you need it (on your head, neck, shoulders, low back...). If the pressure is too strong (if you're lying prone on the bed or sofa), you can place a hand towel over the pillow for a lighter pressure.

I'm purchasing a second one as a gift!

The ball is quite sturdy, the hand pump is a workout in itself. The sizing is confusing, among all brands, they can't agree. The box says the 55cm is for 5'6"-6'0", I bought this ball under the impression that 55cm was the size for anyone under 5'4". This is my reality: 5'2", 190lbs, looking mostly for something other than the couch to sit on, working on core strength. This ball is smaller than I wanted, my legs do not make 90 degree angle. Maybe I am too heavy, or perhaps after a few days I will be able to get more air in it. It will be great for exercizes where I hold it between my arms or legs, but for sitting on, or push-ups I will order a 65cm ball. I wanted to get a read on my heart rate during my runs and when I was at rest. My rest rate is very low. The watch is easy to use and set up. The actual Monitor fits around your chest and requires a little moisture in order to pick up the Electrical Signal that makes your heart beat. If it is on snug and moistened I believe the rate to be 99% accurate. I read a lot of reviews before pciking this one the one that caught my attention was how easy it was to start using it.

I am sure this is a fine product but it did not come with instructions. I went elsewhere to get home remedy ideas ;for my nails,to use it and they failed for me. Know what to do with this product before you buy.

I am a runner and discovered this in a grocery store when I was at the four mile mark of a ten mile run and stopped for some water. This tastes great, and gives me plenty of energy when I run or work out in the gym. I also keep this at work for a snack.

I am still nursing my 4th child and I didn't discover these prenatal vitamins till I was pregnant with my 4th child. I really like them. I don't have any nausea when I take them. My midwife also highly recommends these to all of her clients.

I'm a 5'9" small-framed athlete, and I could not wear this watch. There simply weren't enough holes in the band for it to sit flush on my wrist. Not to mention the strap is looooooooooooong. I mean, comically long. My 5'7" male trainer put it on and was on one of the first holes. If your wrist is remotely small, there will be a huge excess of strap hanging off the end, and due to the design, it would look wrong if cut off. I had to return it. Too bad - the face size is nice for a woman's small wrist, but with the seemingly dozen other holes in the band, I had to wonder - if you're using the outermost hole, well that would look ridiculous. The face would then look miniscule on that wrist.
