I have been using this for 3 weeks now. I was 280 pounds. I am 6'2" and have a flat stomach at 240 pounds. I have not checked my weight but the beginnings of a double chin that I had is now gone. My stomach is not as fat and my waits is down to 40 from 42-44. I am on the road and eat slot of fast food. No runny stool unless I get something really greasy. Have problems with constapation from overuse of laxitives about 10 years ago allong with not much walking due to work. Now regular like clockwork. Have had gas but not much more than normal. One odd effect with spicy greasy foods. Chili spices and currey spices are oil soluable. They are mixed with the excess fat you pass. It will give you a burning rear from the chili.

While this product does curb your appetite, I find that I cannot take it after one o'clock in the afternoon. It makes me antsy and I cannot fall asleep for hours after taking a less than recommended dose. I will however continue to purchase this product because I believe that it helps with my weight loss. It does not help as fast as the commercials say, but then again it depends on the persons diet and exercise routine.

This is a great idea, they sent 2 in error but I decided to keep them both, one for upstair and one for downstair. For the price it was worth it.

I found this ball and pump to be of poor quality. And, though it said 65cm on the box, it only wanted to inflate to about 55cm. Just to accomplish this, I had to use a foot pump that I'd received a couple of months earlier with the purchase of an Altus exercise ball. By the time this Valeo ball got to 55cm it was very very full. And, again, the box said 65cm. I'm returning this ball and ordering another Altus.

Spine-Worx Back Realignment Device

Cool. Spine-worx is cool.

After a few hours on the pc, my back would start to feel sore right in between the shoulders. I can lay down on the worx, slowly relax and my upper back pops and the tension is gone. It's very, very nice. I don't know how healthy it is to keep popping one's back, but it has replaced any foreseeable chiropractor visits.

The product itself is of decent quality, firm plastic; the rubbery yellow trails are soft enough. I'm 6'2", (solid) 210lbs and it fit my frame fine. My wife is 5'0" and she felt it was too high of an arch for her lower back. I'm not sure how it would work (or feel) on a "heavier" person, but for the price, I wouldn't let it hold you back.

I am a 25 year old graduate student from Boston (real person, feel free to email me at morgann@bu.edu). These pills are toxic garbage. Do a google search; both Canada and Hong Kong and have issued health warnings on these pills. I took them for three days and ended up at my PCP office extremely malnourished, hadn't slept in three days, dehydrated with my kidneys aching. I didn't have high hopes for this dirt cheap exercise machine and it didn't even manage to live up to those. Basically this machine is useless unless you find a way to anchor it to the floor and/or are too small to actually move it. My intention was to use it at the office under my desk but I couldn't make it stay put no matter what I tried. In addition, the difficulty setting mechanism is impossible to use and has only two levels - frictionless and stuck. Overall this was a big disappointment and I ended up returning it (thanks to Amazon for the great return policy). In two words - don't bother.

Have used Carlson's for several years now. Excellent product and has the toxic mercury removed. So good for you and even tastes good (Really is tasteless, except for a mild lemon flavor. My grandchildren love it and take it without a problem.
