I have used this product for some 4 years now. The product is quite good and clearly very beneficial to individuals looking for a good source of omega-3. I would also recommend the cod liver oil sold by the same people.

I eat alot throughout the day.. on weekdays, i'm so busy that if i don't, i'd go dizzy and be pissed off easily..
but i don't want to snack on anything.. so i searched and came to buy this product, and the clif nectar chocolate walnut..
i absolutely LOVE it..
i love how it has adequate amounts of calories from "GOOD" fat of nuts, and natural fiber and sugar from real fruits..
the ingredients are very simple.. i feel like i'm eating something my body can appreciate

I'm using the purple 3-pound hand weights right now and can't wait to graduate to these pretty blue 5-pounders when I go out on my walks. I'm just not there quite yet. But I have used these for stationary arm exercises and these are great! Easy to hold on to. Good little fold-out directions with picture instructions of some good arm-toning exercises come with all sets of the Valeo Neoprene Hand Weights. Nice touch!

I love these pills. Ever since I started taking it, it curbed my appetite, I lost several pounds, and it actually helps me wake up early. It also makes you more alert. Only downside is that it makes you really really thirsty and can sometimes give you a light headache, but I highly recommend.

The Theracane is a brilliant product! It is as amazing as it is ugly. My husband was given his about 8 years ago and he uses it daily. In fact, he jokingly calls it his "wife" because it will give him a massage any time he wants one. We have bought these for gifts for most of the men in our lives and have yet to have someone not LOVE it. The curved design of the Theracane allows you to "dig" at those hard to reach knots in your back all by yourself. The additional knobs on the product help massage the traps and neck. The Therecane is such an amazing product that you won't even mind how ugly it is when it's hanging on the side of your couch for easy access ;)

I've been using this acai product for almost a week and already feel better, more alert, and lighter, and I crave sugar less and healthy foods more. I started feeling results after the very first day, actually. But the tub says prime results take two weeks, so I'm excited to see what else may happen.

I started out putting a scoop in my nightly ice cream. But seriously, I crave ice cream less now and lately have put the acai in a glass of milk before bed. May switch to mornings and put it in a smoothie. I wonder what happens if I cook with it, would love to somehow get it into hubby and that would be the only way.

The Gaiam Balance ball was referred to me by a friend (thank U Suzy) so I went to their web site and checked it out but when I reviewed the pricing decided to shop around for the same product and found it on Amazon. I bought it there due to a special sale as well as free shipping that turned out to be 2 day Fed Ex and saved $70. I am extremely happy with my chair. The only change I would make to it (and may still do myself) is to have better rollers for it. I am on it 40 hours a week at my office cubicle for a month now and I need it as I have an injury to my sacrum causing pinched nerves and pain in my hips and legs if I sit for 40 hours on my expensive adjustable office chair. I started taking these a few months ago before a trip to Punta Cana. On my last visit there, I had two miserable days of "la tourista". Someone on an online site recommended these, so I gave them a try, intending to use them just before and during my trip. I didn't get sick at all and discovered some unexpected benefits. My embarrassing "growly stomach" disappeared along with feelings of bloating. These really help your regularity. (OK, so I'm sounding like an old person.) But these have really helped, so I take them every day and have found Amazon's 90 day supply to be a great price! I've recommended the pearls to a friend who swears by them, too. Much easier to take and more effective than yogurt, and no calories!
