The only thing good I can say about this product is that it tastes good. That is true of the entire Slimfast line of products. They all taste good. But due to the high sugar content they are not weight loss products as the name of the product and company advertising suggests. Due to the low cost of sugar and the fact that most people prefer the taste of sugar, this company loads up all their products with sugar. Just read the label- all Slimfast products have sugar at or near the top of the list of ingredients. The FDA requires that ingredients lists be listed by the order of the abundance of the ingredient in the product. Sorry gang, this is a cheap piece of plastic that is very hard to align over the sore spot and hurts like the dickens when you do. Save yourself the money and slam your back into a door knob. The knob is bigger and would hurt less.

CONS:

Hard to use - It takes a lot of fumbling to find the sore spot. Think about it, you can't see the sore spot, so you have to find it using this big, awkward device. It's actually harder than you think it is because this thing is curved and huge.

Hurts - The same problem with finding the sore spot shows up when trying to press on the sore spot. It's really hard to control how hard you press on the store spot with this huge, clumsy thing. It's far too easy to dig in and really hurt ... Read More:

Though I understand if someone has a reaction to a food, supplement or anything else, I consider myself a good test case and I have no problem with this product. My skin is like radar, anything "different" on the screen and I react. Also, I'd think twice before buying into some of the reviews that pop up when you check this stuff out on a search engine. I'm no scientist and can't vouch for the quality of this particular product but those reviews don't look very scientific, more like commercials. Anyway, I tried one order and I'm still kicking, even feeling pretty good, so I ordered three more.

I love ZOIC Belgian Chocolate nutrition drink. It's low-calorie, low-fat, and very filling. The taste if very good and the protein keeps me satisfied for a least a couple of hours, if not longer. This is definitely best when served well-chilled. I buy both vanilla and chocolate flavors to have around when I need a meal or snack on-the-go. This flavor is my favorite of the two.

I have tried many different brands of protein powders, and Syntha-6 is by far the best tasting. This is a great price with the free shipping. Keep in mind that you get less protein for your $$$ since it is expensive, but it is still well worth it.

Very Sturdy!!! At first, I was scared the ball would not be strong enough to support my weight. It even with stand the pressure of my kid playing with it. I would definitely buy this product again...if needed.

Confidence Foldable Stow Away Exercise Bike

This bike is actually pretty nice and inexpensive as far as exercise equipment goes. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy. The wheel is super quiet which means you can watch TV or I have even read while riding it. My only complaint is the horrible seat. It is really uncomfortable. I bought the Amazon recommended La-Z-Boy Triple Gel Bicycle Seat Cover which didn't fit quite right nor did it really help. I just sit on a cushion when I work out. Seems to work fine.
