can't sleep if you take it late. but you will feel your body is active and burn the food fast. cause litle problem with stomach and headache at the begining, but it will go quickly and see the outcome fast. very good product.

Mask works well, but is slightly warm in the summer because it is basically a thin pillow. Totally dark, and very comfortable in a cool house.

Several times when I have been coming down with a cold I take FRS and immediately feel better and within a day I am over the cold. I have shared this with coworkers and friends with the same results. This stuff is absolutely amazing. I had a terrible tooth infection that was beyond painful and loading up on FRS made the infection go down by 90%, I truly was shocked.

As for energy, this doesnt give a jolt like RedBull or other caffeine products, I notice for me that it gives a clear, steady energy that feels so much better than the other energy drinks, and there is no crash and burn later. Drinking FRS is like health insurance for me.

First Thing -- You cannot / must not / should not attempt to drop these.

If you want a dumbbell that you can work out until failure and drop (which I, personally, think is foolish) this product is not for you.

If you are performing workouts that are under control / smart these will work fine.

I like that they were cheap to ship from Amazon. I am a previous owner of the smaller SelectTech (the 2.5-20lbs ones) and I purchased the 552 because I needed heavier things to lift.

i am very happy with my shaker i bought it before i deployed cause i knew i was going to be taking a lot of things over here. The only problem is that they are so cheap i kinda wish i had bought two cause i am having a hard time keeping it clean over here... it does leak a little bit but that is only when i am shaking NO-Explode but it does say on the bottle that it shouldnt be shaken cause it builds up pressure so i really cant complain...

Do a google search; both Canada and Hong Kong and have issued health warnings on these pills. I took them for three days and ended up at my PCP office extremely malnourished, hadn't slept in three days, dehydrated with my kidneys aching. It's always difficult to judge the effectiveness of a suppliment, but I enjoy taking one these as opposed to 3 capsules of fish or flax oil. I'm sure the benefits will be noticed over the long term.

I also ordered these from DAB nutrition, and had a great experience. They accidentally sent me the wrong order, and when I called them they apologized and sent me two bottles right away (along with a postage paid envelope to send back the incorrect items).
