This is a lovely mat, and relatively comfortable to lay on. It does stink when you first take it out, and might give you a headache if you try to use it before you work out on it (it did me). I just let it hang over my side fence for a day and the smell had gone away significantly. It has dissappeared altogether now that I've had it for a few weeks.

This might be a good yoga mat, but it doesn't like my high impact exercises. I'm trying to find a good (pretty) exercise mat, but haven't had any luck so far. I like this one, because the pattern gives me something to focus one while I'm doing painful exercises. But the material just isn't holding up to my tennis shoes.

Is a professional quality ball, works good. It comes with a pump and a sizing band so you can and know how to properly inflate it (which by the way was also a good cardio exercise.)

This is my fourth HR monitor. I've owned a Nike (garbage), two Timex models (one solid and one I returned). I bought this one because it had three lines of information so I would know my total time and my lap time.

Some points:
- For the first month the watch never gave me an inaccurate HR. Since then I've had two instance when it's been whacky (you know, shows you at 185 when you're at 145). My previous HR monitors were MUCH worse than the Polar on this account.
- The three lines is nice, however it does not allow you to swap the lap time with the total time. I would much prefer the lap time to be in the middle or at least bigger (it's hard to read when you're doing a hard run and you're bouncing around).

I purchased these from Amazon on auto-delivery for my 3-year old. I was not sure if I should get them because I didn't know if she would enjoy them or not because she is picky. They came today and they come wrapped in bright colored wrappers which attracted her. She chose the peanut butter and she loved it. When she was finished she asked for more. I also had one and I have to say they are pretty good. They are chewy and drizzled with a small amount of chocolate. I love the fact that they do not contain any High Fructose Corn Syrup and they're loaded with healthy ingredients. Each bar contains 12 vitamins and minerals. I'm 61 years old and decided to buy this product after seeing it in a store (at a higher price). It does exactly what they say. It is helping relieve the discomfort from my compressed disks. A couple of weeks getting used to inverting and I'm pretty comfortable in the fully inverted position. I'm also doing some of the inverted crunches, which is really strengthening my abs. It's a great product.
