I've used Oyster and Andy's brand clippers in the past and they held up for a couple years each, but it's usually the attachments that break that make me look for a new clipper.

This set of clippers feel much more powerful. It seems to go through hair much easier. I feel like I need fewer passes to get an even cut. A definite improvement over my prior clippers in quality.

I bought this thinking this work well, this was the second electric shaver I am using and I thought my beard was not very tough, especially with the razors and cream. However, I guess it is tough, as this shaver took forever to shave the easiest shaves. My neck would always have left over hair, which would mean that I would have to shave the way I normally did earlier with my razor and cream, so it does not make sense at all for me at least to buy this product and sadly, it does not work for me.

I purchased this shaver to replace an older Panasonic (Model ES7018) that had served me well for many years. This new shaver is much improved over the older one. I especially like the speed of the motor and it is much quieter. I use wet shaving and find I can get a good close shave much faster than before. This shaver model does not come with a stand for charging and, if I had known, I would have gotten the ES8044 instead. There is a charging cord that plugs into the bottom so the shaver has to be placed on it's side. Depending on where it is stored, it's more susceptible to damage.

Assessing your body fat is an accurate method of determining your level of fitness and health.

This caliper is small and convenient. However, there are pitfalls. As you squeeze your skin fold, there is some variability from one measurement to the next due to its light construction. It is not durable over time with repetetive use and I question its validity beyond a 1 year time interval. Mine broke a little over 15 months at the 'hinge' opposite to the slide rule.

Conclusion

It is a portable, small tool for assessing your body composition but its durability over time is questionable (as is its accuracy).

I am thrilled that Unique is still available on Amazon.com. I panicked when I thought the product would be discontinued since I am a long time user and it works great for me. It is the right size to carry on an airplane, works to store, clean and insert lenses all in one and does a great job.

I don't really have a basis for comparison with any other power toothbrushes but I think it would be fair to say that this thing is among the best. I have been using the Sonicare essence e5500 for about 1.5 years now and my teeth have never been so clean. I havent had any cavities in that time and I think my teeth look even whiter than before. The brush is very easy to setup and use, first time users will feel funny after using it but you will get used to it. Make sure you take the time to thoroughly brush your teeth. All in all a great product at a great price (I paid about 60 on clearance).

I've never had an electric toothbrush before this one and now I will never go back to a manual one. The Triumph has so many great features....wish I would have bought it sooner!
