My Mom introduced me to the Whirley-Pop when I was a teenager and I have never been able to go back to microwave popcorn since. It is fun, safe for kids to help with and makes a perfectly healthy snack. I have found that adding just a touch of Agave Nectar to the oil while heating makes the popcorn taste like Kettle corn! There are a variety of ways you can "shake up" plain popcorn, but this way is my favorite. The Whirley-Pop is a inexpensive way to have a bit of fun with your kids while making a healthy treat.

I purchased this pan about four years ago, and last week had to send it back (for the second time) to get it replaced due to the teflon non-stick surface degrading and peeling. Customer service is excellent. The first pan was replaced quickly free of charge. I only had to pay for shipping back to them which ended up costing about half the cost of a new pan.
High heat is the cause of the teflon degrading. One must be very careful not to exposing the pan to the highest heat level on electric or gas oven and never leave unattended for long periods of time.
Having said that, I really love this pan and use it every day, usually twice a day. I use it to make perfect three egg omelets in the morning and sometimes fry up a turkey ... Read More:

My eggs seem to crack every time, is there a secret to preventing this? Otherwise it works pretty much as directed by boiling water under the tray and protecting the eggs from direct microwave cooking by shielding them with an Aluminum top and tray. I've had both semi-hard boiled eggs and soft boiled eggs and both felt and tasted as if they were boiled on the stove. One thing to note...I'm not sure how they expect you to get the top off without burning your fingers a little. It's pretty hot, even after sitting 2 minutes as directed, and a pot holder is just going to slip...
I'm impressed with the other people whose eggs rarely cracked. As I said, my eggs crack every time. I even tried using Egglands Best to see if that improved ... Read More:

I used this press for the first time last night with a Lodge ridged cast-iron grill pan, which I purchased at Wal Mart a couple of months ago for about $18.00. When sprayed with Pam "Grilling" spray it did not stick, and the hamburger meat tasted better than it had ever tasted before - I don't think it was my emagination. The press was very easy to clean up, and it took less than one minute to assemble.

I am so pleased with the performance of my Bialetti 4-piece Pizza Stone Set. The stone is easy to care for and makes pizza like a pro.The pizza cutter is a good size and cuts perfectly. The Pizza peal makes getting the pizzas in and out of the oven a breeze. This was definitely a good buy!
We use this atleat once every weekend. Basic pancake mix works fine. It's a little tricky learning to turn the "pancakes" but once you get the hand of it, it's pretty easy. Somehow "pancakes" taste better this way, I think there just fun.
I love the item but it took a month to get it. The tomatoes were done before it came in the mail. It started in Michigan went to Maryland and back to Michigan before I got it.

Were it not for the quality of the popcorn this popper makes, I would have rated it no higher than a 2. The lid design is very frustrating and fits the kettle poorly, usually resulting in the lid popping off the kettle mid-way through the popping process. There are so many gaps between the lid and the kettle that I have to cover the lid with a hot pad to keep hot oil from splattering me and the top of the stove. Surely there is a stove-top popper out there that makes good popcorn and is designed well. Let me know if you find one.
I'm sure this item is all that buyer's have reported in the many positive reviews. However, please be aware that the Cameron Manufacturing (USA based company) description does not mention that this item is actually manufactured in China, using metals from that country. I only noticed this when I saw the small sticker on the bottom of the pan when unwrapping it. As is well known, and now reported on a daily basis in our consumer news, there seems to be little to no regulation on USA imports from China, especially where metals/alloys are concerned; ie: millions of China made lead toys and milk products recently recalled, etc.. During the recent Olympics, I watched an alarming documentary showing where China is knowingly using melted lead in place of stainless steel and other ... Read More:
