I just received the Fasta Pasta and made whole wheat spaghetti that came out perfect. This is great for a single guy who doesn't want to watch a pot come to a boil then have to wash the pot and strainer. Simply measure your pasta, add the right amount of water and then let the microwave do its thing. No mess, no humidity. I love this product and will purchase more for gifts...Thanks for saving me time and simplifying my life.

I love this product. All pasta I have cooked, from elbow, wide egg, to lasagna noodles have came out perfect. I don't have a turn table Microwave so size was not a problem. When I read the really bad reviews, it suprised me and I would have to think it wasn't used properly or their Micro wasn't up to speed. I just ordered 2 more for Christmas gifts. With my experience I would recommend this product to anyone.

Hey folks, long before the internet there was T-FAL. I first heard about T-Fal about 25 years-ago, including it's reputation of high quality construction. Most people couldn't afford T-Fal 25-30 years ago because the stuff was extremely expensive. Today, a tight-wad like me can now buy top-notch cookware like this 5-qt Jumbo Cooker which use to cost $200 dollars 25 years-ago. This jumbo cooker is perfect for anyone who just got a new apartment or home, especially if you're strapped for cash. It does everything I need it to do. NO high heat needed, just low/medium heat to get your cooking on. It heats very, very fast and thoroughly (NO uneven cooking at all). We got this pasta maker about a week ago . So far we have used it twice.My wife simply loves it! She used to make pasta by hand , but this little machine simply makes the job so much easier, and faster.

I wanted a 5-6qt stainless steel pot with glass lid. This seemed to be perfect. Unfortunately, it's use is limited since you can only use low and slow heat. I think the capacity is too large for the small base. Be careful.....very to easy to burn food on the bottom. It's a great steamer with a separate insert.

Although this pot is inexpensive, I don't think it is a good value. The quality level of this pot is typical of what is found in dollar stores. The steel is so thin that I can literally buckle the side of the pot with my index finger. You are going to have to coddle this pot to keep it from getting dented up.

The steel at the base is just as thin as the sides, so heat distribution is terrible. This will not be too big an issue if you're just boiling water for pasta or steaming. But, this pot is not going to double as good stock pot.

It looks as inexpensive as it is. So, it's probably not going to flatter the decor of your kitchen.

Accordingly, I am returning this item. I think it's worth spending a little more ... Read More:

This is some of the best bakeware. Never had any problems. When I use them I always put them on a baking sheet. This should prevent the random cracking a couple of other reviewers experienced.

Calphalon Compliments 8-Quart Multi Pot Set

Many of my cooking ware is Calphalon and All-Clad. This is such a great product to boil and steam foods. The collander baskets do you a great service of draining the water or keeping the water away from your steamed foods. Be careful not to let the lid get wet and create a seal around the rim of the pot. The steam won't escape and could cause a build-up of pressure inside that can be dangerous.

I enjoy my Farbarware Classic cookware. It heats up fast and even. I like the stainless steel-clad bottom much better that the old aluminum-clad bottom. The stainless steel bottom is much easier to clean off tuff grease stains if you have to you an oven cleaner. I lost all of my Farbareware cookware to Hurricane Katrina and have replaced it. needed.
