Great for baking and stove top cleans up stickons with a sinple wash cloth and dish soap. Used to make soup, spagetti sauce, and baked apples. Great with the low height, the best pan I have ever owned (50 years cooking).

I couldn't be happier with this high quality 1 qt saucier. It's perfect for preparing my individual serving of chai in the traditional method on the stovetop. And with the pouring lip I never spill the hot chai in the transfer to my mug. Other bonuses: heats up quickly and water boils on medium heat, handle stays cool and best of all, clean-up is a breeze. The Amazon price can't be beat!

It was smaller than I expected but that was my fault, not theirs. It clearly stated the size. It was what it claimed to be.

The 3 quart saucier I bought was sold by Amazon. It was the last one available. When it arrived the lid was bent and there were very noticable dings inside the pot. Looking at the packaging of the lid, it was clear this package had been opened before. Others have complained on Amazon of suspecting that defective items had been shipped out before and returned and then shipped to them again. I suspect this was the case with this item. Return is simple, if you consider packaging the whole thing up again and hauling it to a UPS store simple. I'm going to go to Macys and buy the cassoulet, which is the same pot with different handles for less money. Couldn't find the 3 quart saucier locally, which is why I ordered it here. Great pot! the size is perfect and this pot has now become the one i always reach for. I like how the handles do not get hot. Also, I believe this nonstick surface to be far superior to the Professional Calphalon I have. It washes up better too.

Very pleased with my Calphalon Contemporary pots. This 5 quart variety is a nice size for chili, stew, small roast, etc. Cleans up great. Like the fact that it works on stovetop or oven. Great cookware!

This gentle curve, combined with the very smooth tough stainless steel interior make this a great surface for frequent stirring. Anolon Titanium Nonstick Dishwasher Safe 1-Quart Petite Saucier Pan

This is a great little all purpose pan. Great for heating soups or leftovers. And it's dishwasher safe. Would highly recommend it! Recently purchased a 10 pc set of Anolon Advanced cookware that can't be put in the dishwasher. If the Titanium set had been around longer and I could have found more reviews of it, I might have purchased it instead simply because it's dishwasher safe. If you're in the market for new cookware, definitely check out Anolon Advanced or Anolon Titanium.

Farberware Classic 3-Quart Open Saucier

This is a lovely pot, ideal for making a small amount of soup or general cooking. A lid would be nice, but I've got others that are usable, if not a perfect fit. All in all, a nice extra pot to have around, and a very nice quality for the price.

This sauce pan is very versatile. It features a cool handle and heats very evenly.

I use it for a number of things besides sauces - for example if you have to fry something, but need a smaller pan - this works well.

When I am preparing a larger/complex dinner - this pan always gets a work out.
