I purchased this dispenser after using it at a friend's house. It does not work as well as I hoped it would. I have the same problem with only a drop or two of soap being dispensed.

product is just as described. replacing an old one of the same model, not nearly as good of quality. old one is flexible rubber, new is hard plastic. Thank you rubbermaid for more low quality chinese junk. personally i would pay more for better quality

I had been looking all over for a drainboard that would allow me to position my dishrack horizontally on my counter instead of vertically but I was unable to find a board large enough to accomodate the needs of a family of four. I purchased this new system largely because of the glowing reviews even though I really only needed the drainboard and was perfectly happy with my old dishrack. I have finally come to terms with the need to keep a dishrack on my counter (at least until my kids move out!) and this looks fine. I personally feel that it is a lot of money for a dishrack and that the design should be flawless for that price. It isn't. It does was it is suppose to, drain dishes. It does tip if there is uneven weight. Like glasses on only 1 side.

I agree with the other reviewers: if you want an attractive sponge holder that won't rust, then you can't beat this for the price. Go for it.

I ordered this heavy duty drainboard only to find that the item is nowhere near the quality of the rubbermaid version of a heavy duty drainboard. Additionally, the drainboard is not adequately elevated to allow for proper drainage. I wanted a drainboard which would drain on the short side, this is the only one I found. Too bad I had to pay almost as much as the cost of the item to have it shipped to me. I should have kept looking.

When I discovered that I had only 13" of counter space for a dishrack, between my sink and my stove in my New York apartment, I searched far and wide for the best narrow dishrack to put in that spot. Most of the available dishracks are at least 14" wide and therefore not a possibility, but even among those that are less than 14" wide, the OXO GoodGrips Compact Dishrack is head and shoulders above the competition. Rubbermaid has always had great products, it's just that they are just a little hard to find. I was able to find them thru your site and the drainer is working out great for us.
