This does exactly what it needs to do as a functional (not frilly) apron. Being a tall girl myself, it's nice to have a longer length. The price is right too -- I recommend it!

I read two reviews before buying this product. Thank goodness I overlooked the poor quality remarks. This apron is adorable, nicely made, and the fabric is similar to a light/medium weight linen. This apron does all it was meant to - it makes you feel almost as cute as it is and it will keep off flour dustings and spatters. If you are looking for the heavier duty fabrics, to keep off major spills and slops, perhaps you might try the Cannon apron at Amazon.com. That fabric is stiffer, the coverage a bit better, but you won't feel as pretty (and it won't bring back fond memories of your grandmother making biscuits and fig jam in the summer). Here we go!!! It's a nice apron overall. Seems to be well made, even though I'm pretty sure it was not made in Pittsburgh, or the US for that matter. It's a nice conversation starter.

I bought this for Christmas last year for my then eight year old daughter. It is a very cute apron and she really likes to wear it because it's a lot fancier than her other standard aprons. BUT, I was very surprised at the size (like the other reviewer) when I received it. I thought it would be a lot larger. The apron is only 18" from the top of the bib to the bottom. Thankfully, my daughter is petite and weighs 60 lbs. But I know that she is going to outgrow this in another year. ALSO, the material is made of linen/cotton, which gives it a cute vintage feel and look. But, I've only washed it in cold and let it hang dry because I fear anything else would make it even smaller! I thought I would get this for show but have found myself using it quite often. The design is flattering even on us larger girls.
