Since I'm Italian I can claim a good experience in moka coffee.
There's nothing wrong with this one, you cannot expect the same quality as espresso. Using good coffee beans, well ground and packing it right you'll have a good coffee. Just a matter of pratice. Remember: you don't need soap to wash it, keep the fire far from the handle and change the O-ring periodically.

I am so pleased with the performance of my Bialetti 4-piece Pizza Stone Set. The stone is easy to care for and makes pizza like a pro.The pizza cutter is a good size and cuts perfectly. The Pizza peal makes getting the pizzas in and out of the oven a breeze. This was definitely a good buy!

This easy-to-use device makes excellent cappuccinos. The instructions are much more intimidating then the actual use of the machine. Thanks to Mukka Express I have cappuccinos every morning with uber frothy milk. Well worth the money!
I ordered this pizza peel because I was tired of fighting with pizzas to get them in and out of the oven. It arrived quickly, and was what I expected.
It seems to be made of pine, (not sure) so it is light-weight, making it very easy to handle. I would not try to cut a pizza on this however, due to the soft wood.
The edge of this peel was slightly rough at first, so I did use some sandpaper on it to smooth it out a bit, but it wasn't bad enough to be a real problem anyway.
Bottom line... this peel is inexpensive, looks good, and does exactly what it was designed to do. It is an overall great buy.

My Sicilian grandmother said sometimes simpler is better. This demi tasse pot rocks and makes a delicious cup of coffee. Don't waste tons of money on ridiculously expensive super duper espresso machines because you will never replicate what you get at a real espresso bar. This is all you need in life. I use it every morning and it's fast and easy to clean. On days you don't feel like "pumping" your milk, don't forget to give yourself a shot of sambuca. (Lemon rinds are a American thing, Italian's don't use them.) Also, I like to use Lavazza brand espresso. Enjoy!

The Bialetti Stovetop Percolator makes great espresso, just like any traditional espresso stovetop coffee pot and is easy to use. The sleek lines make it more attractive and modern looking and the quality of the coffee it brews is excellent. Highly recommend.
It's a VERY smart way to carry 2 doaens of cupcakes, the downfall is that the cover ruins the 2 cupcakes' frosting in the center.
i'd look for something else with a different lid.
I was introduced to stones via Pampered Chef over a decade ago. After having two break, I looked for less expensive options thinking this was typical of a stone. This stone performs better than prior ones, has less tendancy to burn or overcook and we get a golden, firm crust everytime...regardless the piled on toppings!! If you clean it without chemicals or soaps, you will have this for a long time. The more it seasons itself, the better the results. Although inexpensive compared to other brands, it performs as well if not better. I also use it to keep pastries, breads, hors d'oerves, etc. warm. The rack makes it a snap to get in and out of the oven.

I love it. It reminds me of sitting in Spain. I have had several high priced espresso machines-two I gave away, one I threw away (coffee/espresso machine-it sounded too good to be true. . .and it was) and one I save for company. This gives you that strong, strong espresso that is between liquid and solid-heaven! A little frothed milk and it is a dream.
I don't think you can get a better cup. In the first week, it paid for itself in the money I was spending in buying mochas out. Love having a cup in the morning and one at night. . .decadent? yep.
Soo easy to use. I love frothing the milk while the espresso brews and mixing. Some have said nuke it; but, as I grow older, I neither like anything too hot or too cold. I think the temperature ... Read More:

I got the 2-cup from Singapore and I loved it so much. We were drinking cafe latte (just Brikka coffee + milk) almost every day until we burnt the handle off! We were so careless! We had left the empty Brikka on the stove with the heat on and the handle melted. But otherwise with normal use I don't think you'll have any problems.
Brikka coffee is strong so 2-cup is really for 2 people. The only problem with Brikka is you can only buy replacement parts online and there's no free shipping. So I ended up paying $12+ for 2 gaskets and a filter plate which is crazy! Also, there's no replacement part for the handle so I don't know how to fix my Brikka!
daigoexpressed.net is a great resource for Brikka-related info.
