This bread machine performed adequately except for the fact that I had to be around for the first knead to make sure the ingredients were pushed into the dough ball from the bread pan corners. It was also fairly noisy. I could clearly hear the machine kneading from my upstairs room in the opposite corner of the house. While not necessarily annoying, it would have been nicer if it was quiet. The one thing I would strongly caution anyone about is this: you WILL NOT get parts for this machine. I made the mistake of trying a Beth Hensperger bread machine recipe that called for crushed sugar cubes. Breadman TR2500BC Ultimate Plus 2-Pound Stainless-Steel Convection Breadmaker

I bought this as a replacement for a 10 year old Breadman that up and died. When shopping for a replacement, the most attractive feature was the range of loaf sizes it could handle, 1 - 2 lbs. Compared the to old model, the TR2500BC does a better job of mixing. I no longer have to use a spatula to scrape down the sides. As a very real plus, it is much quieter than the old model. When I first used it, the pan would jump out of place when kneading. After bending out the pan retention springs, the pan now stays in place. I am very pleased with my choice.

Breadman TR888 Corner Bakery 2-Pound Programmable Bread Maker

I had a flop the first time used the Breadman, but not because of the breadmaker. The recipe I was using called for salt and yeast as the last two items. DON'T put the salt and yeast next to each other. From that point on, it performed flawlessly. I think since I started with the breadmaker two months ago, I've purchased only one loaf of store-bought. Big likes: variety, aroma, taste, compliments, and the satisfaction of creation. Breadmaking becomes a fast, easy, satisfying task with this breadmaker. PS: Easy clean-up too!

easy to use and bakes a nice loaf of bread. You may want to adjust the moisture content a little. First couple of loves were kinda dry. Just add more liquid (trial and error).

Breadman 20203 breadmaker paddle.

We didn't buy this from Amazon, but we bought the exact same model number from another site. The paddle we received matches the picture exactly, and it doesn't fit the TR560. Don't waste your time if you need a replacement paddle for the TR560. We called Breadman customer service and told them that it doesn't fit. Guess what: they told us that it fits! It still doesn't fit.
