I'm sure this item is all that buyer's have reported in the many positive reviews. However, please be aware that the Cameron Manufacturing (USA based company) description does not mention that this item is actually manufactured in China, using metals from that country. I only noticed this when I saw the small sticker on the bottom of the pan when unwrapping it. As is well known, and now reported on a daily basis in our consumer news, there seems to be little to no regulation on USA imports from China, especially where metals/alloys are concerned; ie: millions of China made lead toys and milk products recently recalled, etc.. During the recent Olympics, I watched an alarming documentary showing where China is knowingly using melted lead in place ... Read More:

I bought this product in Target several years ago. I love that you suspend the bacon and the fat just drips off in the receptacle below. I had a problem with the "T" inserts though. 2 of them broke when trying to pull them out. With one, the base of the "T" broke off and remained in the hole so that slot was unusable. With that said, when I went online to buy a new one, I compared what was out there. I still think it's one of the best products on the market for bacon so I recently purchased another one through amazon. To my delight, my 8 y/o son has learned to use it safely and independently. When we're done cooking with it, we turn it upside down on top of the garbage so the fat drips off directly in there and doesn't congeal in the sink.
Yes, it IS very thin slivers of wood, more like sawdust than chunks, but that's what it's supposed to be for a stovetop indoor smoker. Please ignore poster who gave negative review. It's clear he/she isn't familiar with such products. This product does precisely what it's supposed to do and does it well.

I was not sure what the size was when we purchased this roaster. It is about 18"L x 9"H x 12"D. It works wonderful, and the clean up was so easy. It is the best roaster I've ever used. Worth every penny!

When I purchased this item and read the instructions, I was doubtful. But I tried making a roasting chicken with beer and this was the moistest chicken I've ever had. The meat fell off the bones and it was extremely tender. I like that you can use other items too - juice, wine, or probably soup stock. I highly recommend this product.Cameron Cookware Chicken Beer Roaster

I was looking for a good pot in which to cook one dish meals. It is perfect! Sage-and-Onion Chicken and Sausage from a cooking show [...] worked wonderfully in this pan.
The pan is heavy enough not to warp, holds the steam in well, cleans easily, and is a good small / medium family size.
One warning.....watch out for the handle on the lid when taking out of the oven.....wear mitts, don't just use hot pads. (Hard lesson to learn!)
This three pack is just the thing for using the Cameron smoker.
Based on the amount of chips to use in the smoker's cookbook are a good buy. I smoked chicken with the cherry and it was great! Can't wait to try pulled porK with the pecan wood!
I was given the smoker as a Christmas present and for our family it is just the right size. I have used it in the house and while no smoke gets into the house the smell of the wood chips adds to the dining experience.
The Christmas package came with some small wood samples but I like to grill with fruit flavor woods in the summer, my birthday gift was the fruit woods. These were shipped quickly as promised (came on a Saturday, promised on the following Monday).

Serious cooking requires rugged tools. If somebody needs a 20 quart pot, they must be serious cooks! The glass lid relegates this pot to amateurs! What if it drops?

I was looking for a large pot, but not too large and happened upon this pot. I thought that I would give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. I felt really proud cooking a great big pot of soup that I could serve to loads of guests.
