This is the perfect pan whether you are a gormet cook or just want to brown some ground beef and serve manwiches or hamburger helper. Nothing sticks and it is amazing.

Instead of getting the farberware sets like my friends were getting for their weddings, I didn't register for cookware. I bought this paella pan, a 2.5-qt saucepan and the short and wide stockpot from Calphalon. I didn't wash them in the dishwasher and all have held up well. I'm back at Amazon today to get some more calphalon cleanser. Amazing how this product is a quality product and I fully expect it to last a lifetime.

We are a family of five and definitely give this pan an A+

Very disappointed in these pans, though usable I'm sorry I insinerated the boxes cuz now its a hassle to send them back. Ultra special instructions for how to NOT get stuff to stick to them. Can't put them in the dishwasher. Can't wash them IMMEDIATELY after use. Have to let them cool down. I wouldn't recommend. Keep looking for something that you don't have to let your raw eggs warm to room temperature before putting them in the skillet (otherwise they will most definitely stick).

I purchased this pan about four years ago, and last week had to send it back (for the second time) to get it replaced due to the teflon non-stick surface degrading and peeling. Customer service is excellent. The first pan was replaced quickly free of charge. I only had to pay for shipping back to them which ended up costing about half the cost of a new pan.

High heat is the cause of the teflon degrading. One must be very careful not to exposing the pan to the highest heat level on electric or gas oven and never leave unattended for long periods of time.

Having said that, I really love this pan and use it every day, usually twice a day. I use it to make perfect three egg omelets in the morning and sometimes fry up a turkey ... Read More:

Got this saucepan during an amazon sale to compliment the rest of my Calphalon set. Heavy weight, hard anodized aluminum make this a durable, saucepan that will last in your kitchen regardless of whether you're a novice at cooking or have cooked for a while. The saucepan heats evenly, is a cinch to clean, and has a large base for quick heating.

This stock pot was purchased for making chili for a large party- it made a great batch of chili and looked good enough to sit on the stove to simmer. When browning the onions, I did burn the bottom of the pot, which made it difficult to clean completely and did leave a few marks at the bottom. I love the size since it can be used for other large batches of soups and sauces. I suppose you could boil a lobster in there, too.

I purchased these pans to replace some aging Simply Calphalon pans that I'd used for years and liked. I thought I wanted 8" and 10" pans but have found that the 10" and 12" sizes are more versatile. This is a good deal for the price except there are no covers to contain the splatters. Fortunately I was able to get some covers that fit the pans so I am a happy camper. I use these pans daily with olive oil and canola oil and get great results. Just be sure to use nonstick utensils and don't use spray oils but then, you won't need much oil.

I have burnt my hands and or arms EVERY time I have used this pan due to the inconceivably stupid handle design.
The handles are very tall and angled in to the pan so when you are trying to stir your gravy you can't help but burn yourself on them.
It is nice and large and heavy duty so it makes a wonderful gravy which I can honestly say I've never had the opportunity to enjoy because I'm always nursing burns.
I spent too much on it to throw it out so I think I'm going to try to talk my husband into bending them the other way.

Calphalon One Nonstick 12-Inch Covered Fry Pan

I needed a heavy, large pan with a lid and this one is perfect. Not only is it the right weight for even cooking, but it's non-stick and has a clear glass lid as well. It's a great value for the money, and just what I was looking for in a fry pan.

This is a perfect set for college students, first time apartment renters/home owners, or just anyone who doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg on bakeware. Simply put, they do their job and they hold up well. For the price you aren't likely to find anything cheaper. My one complaint, which really isn't a complaint, is that they don't hold up well in the dishwasher. This is do to the fact that each piece has a lip that will retain water if it gets in for a very long time. This is a non issue if washing by hand, but if you put these in a dishwasher you will risk rusting areas around the lip. You shouldn't have to worry about this since each piece is very easy to clean thanks to its not stick material.
