Well, I don't understand why all the hate for this little machine. It's a darn good coffee maker. We've been using this machine for 2 years now, with excellent results every time. OK, sure, the labels can rub off if you use Windex, but, this will happen with ANY kitchen product these days.

Anyway, it grinds very well, works just fine, and makes a great cup O' Joe!

After first use, I am very unhappy with this product....the waffle is still welded on and I cannot get it off. The unit is unusable. Who do I contact...Amazon or Crisinart?

The nonstick surface is very effective. It's nice not to have to mess with psper liners. I would recommend this pan to others.

I bought this as a birthday present for my mother. 60.00 for a coffee maker is a luxury. After 12 months it quit working. I would NOT buy this product.

Use it at least twice daily with both ESE pods and ground espresso. It really is a nice machine. If you are like some other reviewers and have problems with coffee grounds blowing out over the kitchen after you are done then you are likely tamping them too hard or using a grind that's too fine. Easiest way for a first time user is to buy some coffee in ESE (easy serve espresso) pods from the internet and feel it to see how hard the coffee is tamped in the pod. Cut it open and see how finely it is ground. Go to the grocery store and grind a pound of your favorite roast to about the same grind. At my grocery store the second or the third finest setting works fine. You can use your own grinder but a good burr type grinder costs some money and the less ... Read More:

Cuisinart SB-5600 Supreme Super 600 60-Ounce 6-Speed Stainless-Steel Blender with Glass Jar

It's simply a great blender and is very modern looking.

The buttons on the side of the blender are well placed and responsive. There's a small light to the left of every button except "OFF" that goes on when that button is selected, very nifty.

The glass container is sturdy and slightly heavy with measuring markers engraved in the glass. The blender has many blending options as well.

I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed but even I find it easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble.

UPDATE: I've owned the blender for over a year and it still works and looks as good as it did the first day out of the box.
