The Cuisinart Green Gourmet Eco-Friendly cookware is great! Heats evenly, does not need heavy oils, butter, or sprays to cook in (once seasoned). Cleans very easily also with little effort. I would have given these products a 5 star rating, but 2 of the pans I bought from Bed, Bath and Beyond had to be return/replaced because they had some strange shading in the coating. I was unsure if that would affect the life or use of the product and returned for replacement. I have had no problems with any other of these pans that I have bought elsewhere, it may have just been the batch sent to that store, so I can definitely say I recommend this cookware. So far, I love it! I have used it about 10 times and it works wonderfully.

I love the slow speeds, they are very handy.

Cuisinart ® Commercial 2-cup Coffeemaker (includes 50 Regular Pods)

We needed a commercial coffee maker for work - this is perfect - two of us can make coffee at the same time and each use a different flavor of pod if we want to. It is so easy to use - just pour in water to make 1 cup or 2 cups, put the pod(s) in and push the button - couldn't be any easier to clean up - just dump the used pod! And it came with 50 pods of coffee - a couple of us like it a little stronger so we just use a little less water and it works great - I would recommend this coffee maker.

Cuisinart DCC-600RC 10 Cup Stainless Thermal Carafe for use with DGB-600BC coffeemaker

This is a well constructed carafe and it looks really nice. However I was looking for a thermal carafe that will keep coffee hot enough to drink for 5 or 6 hours. This will only keep the coffee hot for 1.5 to 2 hours. The problem is that it's stainless steel inside and out, with foam insulation in the middle, but it's not a thermos-type vessel with glass inside and a vaccuum seal between the glass and the outside. I returned this and bought another caraffe that was like a thermos inside and it keeps the coffee really hot for 8 to 10 hours.

I love the coffee grinder, brewer. I worry about the longgevity of the maker however because the first one broke down very quickly. Hope to have the one we have now for a good long time. It makes delicious coffee and the aroma can't be beat.
