I used this in a pasta/ravioli class and it is NOT worth $130. First, it does take practice, but so does using a ravioli tray or making them free hand. The ravioli we made came out better using a $20 tray or free hand with a $6 fluted cutting wheel than they did on this thing. Sure, if you practice you could get it to work...but it would take less time and practice to use a ravioli tray or cutter and save you more than $100. Even when we got "good" with it, it was not a major time saver, in fact, I could do more by hand in less time. You could buy dozens of cool sizes and shapes with the pans for the cost of this one piece of equipment. This is one place where KitchenAid misses the mark...
