Love the quality of the cookware. Easy to cook with and cleanup is wonderful. My only minor disappointment is that they are somewhat smaller than my other cookware, but since there are only 2 of us it doesn't really matter.

This beater is working well. Our old one had lost the white covering, exposing the aluminum so it had to go. The coating on this one appears to be solid.

What a powerful machine. I absolutely love my processor. Shredded 2 bunches of carrots in about 10 seconds flat for carrot bread...delicious. One problem, I made Scalloped potatoes and got plastic shavings from the feed tube in the dish. It was probably my own fault, in my haste I may not have attached all the attachments properly. I still recommend it, so far. Just take care with the attachments and blades.

Nice pots and pans but watch out that you don't burn anything. It took me a lot of scrubbing to get rid of some burn marks (burned popcorn) on the bottom of one of the pots.

I bought this unit in September and it is so strong and fast that I laugh when I use it!! It slices potatoes and apples so fast my boys all line up to watch it work. It handles big chunks and odd shapes. It is fun to use.

The main reason I'm writing a review, however, is to let you know about the awesome customer support you'll receive if you buy KitchenAid. Yesterday I was slicing apples for apple sauce -- I wanted to make a big batch, so I had 10 big apples ready to slice. I put too many in! All of the sudden the slicing disk was trying to slice the underside of the cover of the unit. Argh!! This morning I called KitchenAid and explained the situation. Guess what? My mother, grandmother, and aunts have all owned their KitchenAid mixers for over 30 years. Even with frequent use, not one of them has experienced any sort of mechanical problem. So, I was delighted to receive what I thought would be a mixer that would last me a lifetime. My classic appeared to be a workhorse - never straining, reliable. Less than 2 years later, with perhaps monthly use for relatively light-moderate tasks (no breads), my mixer made a few loud sounds and then lost all speeds except stir and 10.

This toaster is a very nice one. Like all toasters it takes some time getting used to the settings. The only thing that I dislike about this toaster is the size, it is bigger than my previous one.

We had been wanting a cover for a while so we could leave the blender on top of the fridge. Researched the proper cover needed and found it on Amazon. Ordered and was shipped promptly and arrived during the shipping period indicated. Cover is very nice and sturdy and looks good. Holds all the other mixing blades that came with the mixer and is exactly what we wanted.
