OK this was my first good quality frying pan and I absolutely love it.

Fast and even heating, extremely easy cleanup, and best of all the red on this pan looks amazing. I highly recommend this pan to anyone, sure there is better stuff out there (Calphalon One), but for the price of this pan you can not beat the quality. So far I have only made eggs and they came out perfect, I am sure this pan will also be great for doing small stir fry, sauteing small portions, and frying just about anything you can think of.

I strongly advise anyone who gets this pan to read all the proper heating, and cleaning instructions before even using the pan.

I purchased this set along with the 4 piece utensil set in red, and have nothing but great things to say about them. I do hand wash, just to preserve and protect my utensils and cookware, but these are a great color, and work wonderfully with my kitchenaid cookware. I actually went out and bought another spatula because I use the one that came with the set so much! :)
