Salton YM9 1-Quart Yogurt Maker

I'm happy with the salton 1-Qt yogurt maker. I use non-fat milk and mix in some non-fat dried milk and the yogurt is thick and nice. I recommend a small thermometer for checking the milk temperature before you add the starter.

Salton QM2R Santa Fe 900-Watt Quesadilla Maker

I just love, love, love this quesadilla maker. I even have quesadilla parties so everyone can enjoy them. Since we purchased this one we have given them as gifts to a lot of other people. You can't go wrong with this purchase.
I just throw a tortilla on the quesadilla maker and don't even use any oil. Add some diced up chicken or steak (really good if you cook the meat on the BBQ), green and red peppers and onions and green chilis and jalepenos along with cheese and you are set. For the kids just use cheese and they are in heaven. Serve with sour cream and salsa and a margarita on the side

Superb, removable plates for cleaning. I like the smaller hole pattern which isn't found anywhere but the real old irons. I also like making 4 waffles at a time.

What I love? The horizontal placement of the bowls (instead of one that stacks on top of the other), the ability to set different time settings for each bowl, and the synchronized timing of all bowls to finish the cooking cycle at the same time. I cook in bulk a lot and this steamer makes that process very time efficient. It is user friendly as far as programing times for each bowl.

What I hate? It's mammoth huge. It takes up a lot of space in my kitchen. Before I received this item as a gift, I used two separate steamers which took up less space. Clean up is a royal pain and time consuming. Yes, you can put it in the dishwasher but the tray is huge and then to try to put the bowls in along with other dishes... well, you mostly ... Read More:

I love this toaster oven. A 9 inch pan or pie plate fits perfectly for baking. Toast comes out just right. I haven't tried the rotisserie yet, but it looks easy to do. I recommend this to anyone looking for a toaster oven.

Salton RA3A 3-Cup Rice Cooker

If you're using pre-cooked rice (and most of it is these days) use only 1 cup of rice to 1-1/4 cup of water or it will stick, get gummy, burn on the bottom etc as other reviews state. Also I recommend you only cook two cups dry rice per cycle to avoid the boil over that other's complain about here on amazon. And if you keep taking the cover off to stir as some others write about here on amazon, you'll ruin the rice. You need the steam to fluff the rice properly. If you remove the lid to stir you let steam/water go out each time thus changing the ratio you first measured. Unless you have managed to locate raw uncooked rice (which as I stated above is extremely rare these days), you will not want to use the old ratio of one cup of rice to two cups of water. ...
