These are beautiful glasses and they will match your Sorrento dishes nicely. They are very delicate.

Amazon shipped these to me in two seperate shipments and both boxes arrived with some of the glasses completely shattered. The glasses that weren't shattered were broken at the stem. They do not pack these well at all. Very little cushion in the boxes. And you (apparantly) have to pay to send them back just to receive broken ones as a replacement.

When I received my order, I loved the look of the canisters. They looked exactly as they did online. I was glad that the color was true to the pictures at Amazon.

However, once I stored sugar in one of my canisters, the problem with the "airtight" seal became apparent. Water got into the sugar and it hardened. The problem is that the seals are cheap. They don't seem to be made for this set. They make it difficult to seat the lid on its base properly. On the other hand, the seals come off so easily (some may say too easily) that they're easy to clean.

Signature Housewares Sorrento Highball Glasses, Set of 4

I ended up ordering 3 sets of these, I liked them so much. Very nice design etched on, goes with a lot. It was a miracle that all of them arrived unbroken. I purchased from Amazon and the 2 sets I ordered last arrived with absolutely no packing materials included! They were in a box that was large enough for them to shift around in.

But they survived and so far, I am very pleased with them.

*Update after 2 months* I have noticed some comments about them seeming "flimsy" or "thin" and they do. However, I have used these just as I would any other everyday glasses and put them in the dishwasher where they have been rattled around and they have really held up. Nice glass, Nice cut, Nice weight. Much better than expected. They would be ideal for water glasses if they were the expected 8 oz. They however measure 6 and a fraction of an ounce at the rim. Very nice glasses otherwise.

These glasses are cute. The circular stem is a nice touch, and the colors add some class to their appearance. I would say they would be great for parties. I did have one to break when removing it from the dishwasher, though, so they may not be the most sturdy glasses in the world. Still, at these prices, I won't complain too much.

Signature Housewares Sorrento 14-Inch Oval Serving Platter, Ruby is a decent product. Pricey for what you get in stoneware. Heavy,freezer to oven to table stuff. Too bad you have to buy by piece rather than complete set.

Too small for a 15 pound turkey. They have nothing bigger in this collection.
