I absolutely love this item. I will order another one. I have that many spices and herbs. Some people wrote that they didn't like it because it broke too easily. Yes, it will break if you yank the drawers out hard. If you just pull them out and let them hang down it works just fine. Love it.

Tagco Roasted Garlic Express Electric Roaster - WHITE

This product does exactly what's it supposed to do. Roasts garlic in under 30 minutes. I have owned it for a year now without any problems, and I use it about once every 1-2 weeks. This is much more energy efficient than using your whole oven. I make a lot of dishes with roasted garlic now because its so easy.
One thing to add is that it only holds 3 heads if they are smaller. I can usually only cook 2 large heads at a time.

I guess I am a sucker for kitchen gadgets; most disappoint. Fortunately, this one does not. It roasts garlic perfectly; it is fully automatic and cleans up very easily. My favorite thing to do with it is to mix my roasted garlic with butter, making a delicious garlic butter.

In the last three days I have gone through 8 heads of garlic!! (some for friends) Perfect for roasting and spreading on baguette bread or using for sauces.
