This was purchased for an outdoor Labor Day pool party and bbq. We served Mojitos (using Tommy Bahama White Sand Rum) that were the hit of the day! I knew this double jigger would be as useful for measuring as it would be durable if dropped on a concrete patio. Very nice jigger.

I was very happy to find this essex/sweetbriar set of tumblers as it matches thoes that I have used for years. Attrition had taken a toll in the various sizes. Now I have a full compliment again. These glasses are substantial and handsome in design. They are indeed very masculine, but attractive enough to impress the ladies. When you hold a drink in these tumblers, you know you are holding something.

I have tried other removal systems and this is by far the best. No preparation of the label is needed (warming, loosening corners, etc). Just put it on, press down and even out with a finger and pull off!
Would definitely purchase again.

I bought this model at Walmart for $19.98. My main purpose was to make milk shakes. At first I was very excited as I thought it was much better than lugging out the blender and making such a big mess. While making the shake the attachment kept falling off. I ended up having to duck tape it so the attachement wouldn't unscrew itself.
I left this hand blender plugged in and on my counter for easy access. I found it handy when making Koolaid, ice tea ect., as it blended the sugar completely without having to stir it forever!
I also used the beater attachment when making brownies and cake. I was suprised at how well it did. I thought the beater felt cheap and didn't think it would do the job. To my suprise it performed rather well. ... Read More:

It's got plenty of power, allowing me to make delicious, refreshing, and healthy smoothies. It crushes ice and frozen strawberries easily and quickly. I got it for $35 from Amazon, so the quality/price ratio is very good.

That said, there are some drawbacks. The main one is that the lid is a bit leaky, so occasionally water or juice will squirt out. It's also very loud. And the cord is shorter than I would like it to be (about 2').

Because of the distinctive pattern of the glassware, you can't really use these pieces if you are trying to impress people. BUT you can use all the varities of pieces, sizes if you enjoy fine dining and drinking, wanting the appropriate glassware to increase your enjoyment. The glassware is solid, beautiful and looks great on tables. I enjoy being
able to have a water, wine glassware setting, offering the matching champagne glasses for cocktails and then feeling double swanky to finish the evening with brandy or liquers in their matching glassware. All for less than the price of one set of fancy-schmancy pieces from departement stores. Live large!

I have no complaints whatsoever.
The product is just beautiful. I'm enjoying it and to be honest with you, i was pleasantly surprised.
The power of this vita mix blender is just amazing. I bought a juicer from a company after i bought the Vita-mix, and it died the same day. I had to send it back and get a refund. The vita mix is still going strong.

Overall, this blender looks nice and works well. The heavy-duty motor does a quick job of chopping ice...and practically anything else! The glass pitcher is heavy, which is good (it's solid and well-balanced) and bad (when filled, it's more likely to be dropped). One minor complaint: as other reviewers have mentioned, the motor smells like burnt insulation after initial use...hopefully, that will wear off as the blender gets used more.

I love these straws they last forever, and they are fun. It was hard to find a company that still made them. I purchased some 2 years ago at Walmart, and I know Starbukcks used to sell them, but Zaks were the only ones I found. I purchased these for my dad, I still have mine from Walmart. They are about 1.00 a straw which is pricey, but I love them. Hopefully more companies start making them again.

... for a blender that can do what it advertises, because this HB 5425 Deluxe is not it. I don't like writing negative reviews, so I will keep this one brief.

Pros:
-Probably works very well for less power-intensive jobs, like mixing fresh (read: non-frozen) fruits and drinks with more liquid.
-Glass jar with a relatively smooth and easy-to-scrape-clean inner surface makes getting every last bit a lot easier than the ribbed, plastic-type jars.

Cons:
-Do not expect this to do well when confronted with large-ish chunks of frozen items, eg. ice cubes, frozen mango chunks or frozen whole strawberries, unless you plan on feeding them in one at a time (carefully) through the top of the lid while the machine spits back ... Read More:
