I bought this after reading the rave reviews. I have been using a refurb Cuisinart burr grinder which I use for drip (melitta type) w/ a paper cone. The grind I get from the Cuisinart is uniformly fine & the coffee is excellent. But since it's kind of falling apart, I thought I'd spring for the extra money for the Kitchenaid. What a disappointment!! The finest grind has larger grains interspersed w/the fine grains. Moreover, it simply stopped working altogether after I used it 3 times!! I called Kitchenaid customer service who asked if I used oily beans as if that was some kind of cardinal sin. I'm a heavy coffee drinker, so this 6-bag box is ideal for a month's usage for me (I even supplement). The Senseo Hazelnut is the best coffee I've tried, dollar for dollar, and I hope it continues to be produced!

This is a wonderful item! My kids and I love to froth milk in a separate mug and put on top of hot choc, chai and coffee! It makes it seem like we are getting a fancy drink in an upscale shop! Make the drinks taste better!

I bought 2 Sunbeam HTM3 Hot Tea Makers and like them a lot but decided to take the 1 I kept for myself to work and get another one. I had paid only $20 for each one and when I saw the prize on amazon for over $40, I don't think it's worth that much. So I decided to try the Zarafina which costs a lot more. I did receive it as a gift but I still want to send it back as it does the following (and I have only had it a week):

1) Tea won't dispense (no idea why...but after a certain point the machine simply decides it wont dispense the tea)
2) Tea is not warm at all
3) tea does not taste that great
4) starts to boil and then stop while trying to brew the tea

This coffee grinder ground coffee the same consistency despite the setting. It didn't work for a french press as it was not coarse enough.

OOOOHHH yyyeesssh, our old espresso maker broke and we were without... we went on a hunt and after 4 finds that didn't cut it we finally found it. This wonderful inexpensive beautiful machine has done it. From the first cup we knew that we had a winner. I love this grinder. Got it two years ago for Christmas and the coffee is so, so, so much tastier than the kind my old entry-level Krups grinder generated. In addition to the better taste of the beans, I also really love the fact that you can set the number so you don't have to measure the beans. I've stopped going to Starbucks and I don't really miss it. I don't use the grinder for espresso, just coffee. Really strong, tasty, coffee, made in my Capresso brewer. Yum! I'm writing in today because I was really shocked by all the negative reviews.

I recently purchased this item from my local Lowe's store. (it is just over the 30 day limit to return an item) It has produced about 4 pots of coffee before it died. When calling Cuisinart for help, I was given a big run around by a women who named herself Kimberly. Even after I explained that the unit was dead, she was trying to explain to me that I would need to decalcify the coffee maker. I couldn't get thru to her that the coffee maker was dead. I got nowhere with her or with Cuisinart. I now own a $70 paper weight and will NEVER buy another Cuisinart product again!

I started drinking this Cappuccino a year ago, and now I can't find it in any stores in my area. Now I have to order it online. I was a little skeptical about doing it that way, but the package was perfectly wrapped, was shipped quickly, and I was enjoying my Cappuccino again in just a few days! ! ! Wonderful ! ! I've been using this filter on my C3000 ever since I bought the machine up until a few months ago. I really couldn't tell any difference in taste without the filter. I know it helps to reduce the buildup of minieral inside the machine but as far as taste my coffee/espresso it still tastes like coffee/espresoo without the filter. I would still recomend buying it to reduce the buildup of minerals inside your machine but as far as taste I would pass.
