I love the taste of the coffee in this pot. Looks great, easy to clean. Big enough for three people, maybe four. Doesn't stay warm long, but that is expected from a french press. I recommend it highly.

This teakettle is reliable, functional and fairly priced. Even nice to look at...what else do you need in a simple appliance that works hard for years?

Factory Reconditioned Cuisinart DBM-8FR Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill

I purchased this factory grinder from an on line clearing house at a good price for about the cost of a blade grinder. I have had it three months and it replaced a Hamilton Beach blade unit I had for some 30 plus years. I love the unit. Yes there is a very small amount of grinds that collect from static but if you want glass and no static, you should have purchased a more expensive unit. IF one taps the collector before taking off the lid, most the static grinds come loose and yes, one has to clean it out maybe once a week. This grinder does what I need, and at a very competitive price. I think some of the reviewers want a high end product for middle pricing.

This ten dollar investment has improved my life so much I can't even tell you. Have you ever tried to make coffee first thing in the morning and realized you had no coffee filters? It can start your whole day off on a sour note. And at about $4 for a hundred of them, this pays for itself in just a few months.

If you have not tried an electric kettle, then I'd urge you to get one. They are a great addition to the kitchen.

This is the second electric kettle that we have owned. The first one was a Cuisinart, which died early. It had a more stylish design, but did not last. We loved having an electric kettle, but we were looking for a more reliable product. We purchased the Chef's Choice based on the Amazon reviews. It has been seven months so far, and we are very happy with this product.

Thermos Nissan Ultimate 14-Ounce Stainless-Steel Vacuum Travel Tumbler

This item was supposed to be spill proof. I filled it with water and laid it on it's side and to my suprise water started leaking out. I bought this item so that I didn't have to worry about caring it through the house on my way to work without spilling coffee on my carpet. Sent it back immediately.

Bodum Young Press 34-Ounce Coffee Press, Black with Red Trim

We've had the Bodum Young 34 ounce coffee press for about a month (after being without one for about a year) and find it really serviceable. It makes just about enough coffee for the two of us and the carafe holder keeps it warm for a sufficient amount of time. I also feel like the sleeve protects the glass carafe since that is always the weak link in the whole system. It took us a few attempts to get the right amount of coffee grounds to use to get our desired strength of coffee, but once we figured that out it's been great.

Presto 09402 MyPod Refillable Replacement Pod (Senseo)

My son works at a coffee shop so he gets great deals on coffee. Thus we decided this would be a great option to use with our Senseo machine. And, it does work, but taste pretty much matches drip coffee. Still, it's convenient and quick for one quick cup of coffee. However, although the cost savings is much better than ordering pods, we find ourselves using the pods much more. They are quick and easy (why we wanted the Senseo in the first place), and give the great creme (sp) topping, which the Presto MyPod does not. I had read that in the reviews before ordering and didn't think it would be a big thing to me, but it is. Cuisinart DGB-600BC Grind and Brew, Brushed Chrome

...like a lot of people have mentioned the steam does goes back in the grinder and it is inconvenient when you want to make a second pot right away. Also the grinder is loud. Clean up is pretty easy. I just make sure to take everything out and rinse it really well each time. It takes less then 5 minutes. It is really nice that you can remove the top portion of the grinder and just put it under the tap since the motor is in the coffee maker. Also the thermal pot is awesome, my coffee stays hot for hours. I forgot it about it over night once and the next afternoon I poured out what was left in the pot and it was still warm. I couldn't believe it. I have not had the pouring problems that others have mentioned. I've had mine for a couple months now, and love it.

Mr. Coffee TP3 Replacement Iced Tea Pitcher

I ordered this pitcher to replace one which had cracked and was leaking. My experience with these pitchers has been the tea makers outlast the pitchers, as this is not the first pitcher I have replaced. Since I love my Mr. Coffee Tea Maker, replacing a pitcher is just one of the things I must deal with from time to time.
