This is a decent thermometer, until it is washed.
The first time I washed it all the numbers, letters, and lines came off.

I do agree with everyone that it was hard to read, but it does measure very well.

Beyond Gourmet Ubleached Cheesecloth

Was not a tightly woven a cheese cloth as I had purchased before. Could not use it for straining, even doubled, tripled over. Maybe I overlooked something in the description. I'm not a cheese cloth expert.

Excellent timer. Love the choice of lights, alarm and/or vibration. Also, it's hard to lose a red timer!

Zyliss Easy Slice 2 Folding Mandoline

This is a decient product. It is very easy to clean and has a wide veriety of thickness settings. It is also deciently sturdy, though it gives a little under pressure.

It is a little slippery to work with though, as my biggest complaint. It takes a bit of force to push something through. I wish the hand grip was spring loaded though, because once an item your slicing gets smaller, it tends to take a little work to get it to slice further.

Over all it is not bad, definately worth it for the price. Folds up nice and neat for storage.

I absoulutely love this wine bottle opener! I own several other types of openers and I always reach for this one! (Even over the Rabbit, which I've had a couple of those break on me!) It is easy to use, great size for traveling and very affordable.

Browne Cuisipro Stainless-Steel Potato Ricer

I have been using this for a year now. It's stainless steel, goes in the dishwasher without rusting, although a little awkward in there but I manage to open it and it gets clean. You can mash potatos with the skin on, but the skin remains in "the hopper", which is good if you want skinless potatos, not so good if you like to include them. It will also clog it up so you need to keep clearing it out. The handle is sturdy enough to do the job without bending, but it does take some amount of strength to push through so it's not for those lacking in that department. I didn't want to spend the extra money at Williams Sonoma for the big one, but kind of wish I did because it holds a lot more. I bought one of these last week and I love it so much I went out and bought 4 more for my adult children. Sometimes I find myself sitting and thinking who else I could give one to because it is so cool.
