I had done extensive research on this slicer and I am pleased to say it is great. My husband and I used it to slice a 10lb ham, a 12lb and a loaf of cheese. We spent about an hour of non stop slicing and it didn't get hot or overheated once! Also, clean up was very easy. A great money saver and a super product.

they work fine, obviously.
didn't fine many imperfections and have been fine going through the dishwasher and what not.
I may order more but feel they may be slightly overpriced so I may wait.

these spatulas work fine but you have to be careful what you use them on. The large purple one got all stained when I used it to clean out the bowl containing my sauce for lasagna. I have others that don't do this.

I use this product whenever I make a pie. It definitely works to keep the crust from burning. Others that I have tried do not have a wide enough space underneath to fit down tightly on my glass pans.

I guess I should have read these reviews before ordering. The SECOND time I used my thermometer, the temperature reading was stuck on "HI." I've tried the obvious remedy (cleaning the plug) but to no avail. Based on all the other reviewers who have this problem, it appears that this device is junk. Now it's too late to return, so another Chinese-made piece of junk goes to the landfill. Thanks, Amazon!

Oregon Scientific AW131 Grill Right Wireless Talking Oven/Barbeque Thermometer

I've used other wireless thermometers and they do not hold a candle to this little gem. I live in a 3 story townhouse apartment, so my living room is on the 2nd floor... quite a ways away from my smoker. The other wireless thermometers that I've had could never read the signal at the grill when I put them on my coffee table. Call me lazy but when I'm smoking food I hate having to walk up and down my stairs to the patio and back up to the living room when I'm trying to watch a ballgame. The Oregon AW131 thermometer reaches this far though and I couldn't be happier with it. The temp readings are very accurate and I've had no problems with it whatsoever. Very good product and I highly recommend it!

CAUTION: My unit had been used about six times when the first probe failed. The second probe failed the next time I used it.
What's more, the probe(s) ARE NOT covered by Polders warranty, and cost $17+ EACH by UPS ground (USPS postage would be 60 cents).
Even worse, Polder didn't even respond to my email.

It has a nice heft to it. The grip is very grippy and comfortable. It looks great. It peels mangos like a dream. It has an easy, effortless, and very smooth cutting action. It works beautifully. The blade must be pretty sharp to do that. Definitely a high quality tool. I love luxury. This is yet another thing for living my luxurious lifestyle. I buy no junk. I do very high quality work and I lead the field in my own business. Conversely I demand very high quality products for my high end lifestyle. It's first class all the way around for me!
