I love this product. All pasta I have cooked, from elbow, wide egg, to lasagna noodles have came out perfect. I don't have a turn table Microwave so size was not a problem. When I read the really bad reviews, it suprised me and I would have to think it wasn't used properly or their Micro wasn't up to speed. I just ordered 2 more for Christmas gifts. With my experience I would recommend this product to anyone.

I purchased these pans to replace some aging Simply Calphalon pans that I'd used for years and liked. I thought I wanted 8" and 10" pans but have found that the 10" and 12" sizes are more versatile. This is a good deal for the price except there are no covers to contain the splatters. Fortunately I was able to get some covers that fit the pans so I am a happy camper. I use these pans daily with olive oil and canola oil and get great results. Just be sure to use nonstick utensils and don't use spray oils but then, you won't need much oil.

I have burnt my hands and or arms EVERY time I have used this pan due to the inconceivably stupid handle design.
The handles are very tall and angled in to the pan so when you are trying to stir your gravy you can't help but burn yourself on them.
It is nice and large and heavy duty so it makes a wonderful gravy which I can honestly say I've never had the opportunity to enjoy because I'm always nursing burns.
I spent too much on it to throw it out so I think I'm going to try to talk my husband into bending them the other way.

This canner is a good price and works well. However it is best for 7 small mouth jars as the large mouth ones fit too tight in the rack and tricky to remove.

Lodge Logic 12-Inch Iron Cover

First of all let me say that I only use cast iron and stainless steel cookware. I don't use aluminum (brain damage) or non-stick (carcinogenic) cookware ever. Cast iron cookware takes years to season because it has to smooth out from use and the deposit of microscopic carbon molecules. Because of that pre-seasoning is kind of useless. I think every cook should have 3 pieces of cast iron: A grill pan, a dutch oven and a frying pan. If you can't cook it in one of those, it probably can't be cooked.

As far as the lid goes; it fits tightly on the Lodge Logic 12" frying pan. I wouldn't say it's an essential item (especially if you have a dutch oven) but it's nice to have. I think the price is too high considering that the frying pan (with ... Read More:

Lodge Enameled Cast-Iron 6-Quart Dutch Oven, Caribbean Blue

... it's a replacement for the 5-qt. dutch oven I used weekly which was lost when moving. $53 Lodge vs. $210 Le Creuset. The 75% savings paid for a complete 10-piece set of Cuisinart Chef's Classic stainless steel. (Bought the original Le Creuset in 1991 as part of a 2 fry pans, 2 sauce, 1 dutch oven set for $170.)

Don't know yet if I like the shallower/wider shape as I'm so accustomed to long-cooking dishes in a deep pot. But, it is a generous 6-qts. (rather than 5), it cooks the same, and the quality is on par with the Le Creuset. There is not as much surface contact with the heating element, but I love the rounded interior bottom for stirring up the pot!

I love these pans!! I am a newlywed, and we got these pans for our wedding. They have made my life sooo much easier, because they are just so great. Nothing sticks to these, even real messy stuff-you could practically just wipe them with a paper towel and they would look perfectly clean-for real. The reason I only gave them 4 stars (I would have given them 4 1/2 but u can't) is really because I wish I had gotten ones with oven proof handles. I use them on the stove top and then pop them in the oven a lot. Other than that, they are an amazing buy for the price.

Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned Square Grill Pan

This grill pan is great, cooks things well. Awesome quality. I've used to to cook a few different things, nothing sticks. I seasoned mine when using the included instructions when it got it. So much easier to clean and better taste than george foreman. I'm in an apartment and we can only have electric outdoor grills(whats the point). So I got this to do my grilling.
