This rolling pin is a great addition to my baking tools. It makes rolling out pie dough a snap. It is so easy to maneuver and gives you better control than a standard rolling pin.

Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned Rectangular Cast-Iron Grill Press

I used this press for the first time last night with a Lodge ridged cast-iron grill pan, which I purchased at Wal Mart a couple of months ago for about $18.00. When sprayed with Pam "Grilling" spray it did not stick, and the hamburger meat tasted better than it had ever tasted before - I don't think it was my emagination. The press was very easy to clean up, and it took less than one minute to assemble.

I recieved this set today, ordered it from here about a week ago and chose the free shipping. I have been somewhat aprehensive about ordering these, as another reviewer mentioned they were not very heavy and I worried that I'd get these awful, flimsy junk pots and pans like I've always seemed to have. They've got a nice heft to them, not flimsy at all, and they're gorgeous. The bottoms seem incredibly solid which is wonderful, because I have one of those glass top stoves and my old cookware has over time (some of it nearly 40 years old) warped, especially on the bottom, so I'm really looking forward to even heating from these beauties. I needed a heavy, large pan with a lid and this one is perfect. Not only is it the right weight for even cooking, but it's non-stick and has a clear glass lid as well. It's a great value for the money, and just what I was looking for in a fry pan.

I got a set of Farberware cookware as a wedding gift in 1968. Thanks to Barkeeper's Friend, each piece still looks as good as it did when new, and I am still using them all. I've added a few pieces over the years, so I thought this tea kettle would be a good purchase. Well, it got knocked off the stove onto the floor, after 2 years, and the plastic handle broke. Then it fell off a year later and got a dent! So I am now getting ready to buy a new one. I cannot see anything better for the price, so I'll buy another. All in all, I've been happy with it. Mostly I use it to boil water to pour on weeds in the spaces between my pavers on the driveway and patio. Boiling water totally kills weeds and is non-toxic. I had a smart pot from Crock Pot before I bought this. The Smart Pot would burn everything after 2 hours even on low (I contacted their service dept, and they just said - yah,it gets pretty hot). So I thought forget that, I'm getting something else. This has been wonderful! It hasn't burned anything yet. I love that I can change the pots around for what size I am cooking. The only thing that isn't my favorite is the colors.

This is a great pre-seasoned cast iron pan. It is a little larger than I had invisioned and it is super heavy. I have had no problems with cleaning or caring for the pan itself. Amazon by the way had the best price, even better than the lodge website. If you are looking for a larger cast iron pan than this is the one you should get.
