We use this atleat once every weekend. Basic pancake mix works fine. It's a little tricky learning to turn the "pancakes" but once you get the hand of it, it's pretty easy. Somehow "pancakes" taste better this way, I think there just fun.

Baker's Secret Basics Nonstick Petite Loaf Pan

This Baker's Secret 8-hole square muffin (or mini-loaf) pan is great. It conducts heat extremely well, so baking is even and quick. I made cranberry-blueberry muffins with almond meal mixed into the flour, which can be heavy if the mixture is over worked, so I folded the liquid in as lightly as possible. Delighted with the results - the muffins rose very well in my fan forced oven. The pan is like new after washing and I used a nylon brush which easily took every speck off the non stick surface. Easy, just like it says on the label. It's no secret: I'm telling everyone my muffins are great because of my new pan.

I love the item but it took a month to get it. The tomatoes were done before it came in the mail. It started in Michigan went to Maryland and back to Michigan before I got it.

This looks like a good idea, but it doesn't work, for two reasons: 1) The top tray is made of a soft plastic that sags down, making a mess of the surface of the cupcakes below. 2) The bottom tray is a real muffin pan (full depth), so once you put decorated cupcakes in it, you can't get them out without getting frosting on your fingers. I do not recommend this product.

I was a little leery of these from the bad reviews of them smoking and burning but decided to give them a try anyway when I found them on special. I've now used them and wish I had more in different sizes. I've used them for cookies and they do help immensely. The cookies brown more evenly and come off so easily! I highly recommend them.

Back to Basics Stainless Steel Stove-Top Popper

Were it not for the quality of the popcorn this popper makes, I would have rated it no higher than a 2. The lid design is very frustrating and fits the kettle poorly, usually resulting in the lid popping off the kettle mid-way through the popping process. There are so many gaps between the lid and the kettle that I have to cover the lid with a hot pad to keep hot oil from splattering me and the top of the stove. Surely there is a stove-top popper out there that makes good popcorn and is designed well. Let me know if you find one.

Presto 07046 Tilt 'n Drain Big Griddle Cool-Touch Electric Griddle

This is my second Presto griddle and I have to say i will continue to purchase this brand from here on out. The model I had before had the same amount of cooking space and can handle cooking 6 slices of thick cut bacon and sausage at the same time. The Tilt and Drain option took a little getting used to, but is useful to clean the grill when you are done. Just don't forget to NOT move the griddle once you start cooking, when you pull the front legs apart the griddle tilts and the oil on the grill will pour down into the drip pan, nice for cleanup before cooking the eggs!
