I was so excited about trying this ice cream maker as I had read the reviews. I followed the directions exactly and when I went to freeze the mixture it never even started to thicken. I even tried running it a little longer. I used the recipe that came with the machine.

This stock pot was purchased for making chili for a large party- it made a great batch of chili and looked good enough to sit on the stove to simmer. When browning the onions, I did burn the bottom of the pot, which made it difficult to clean completely and did leave a few marks at the bottom. I love the size since it can be used for other large batches of soups and sauces. I suppose you could boil a lobster in there, too.

The tongs are really sturdy and the nylon heads don't destroy your teflon as metal ones tend to. They also stand up to a lot of heat so they don't melt.

I have used this product, and I have enjoyed using it. The only complaint is with the slicer/grater, some of the food gets stuck between the blades and the attachment, and the food does not get grated/sliced. If this is your main use of the machine - a food processor would work better. The grinder and strainer work great. Apples and pears worked great... all I had to do is cut the fruit into pieces that would fit through the grinder, cooked them down some to become soft, and put them through... the pulp came out free of peel, stem and seeds... how great! I have also used the grinder to grind up venison meat... I did put it through twice, but it worked great.

Scrub (without soap) first, let dry, add 1 large bottle of peanut oil, heat and french fry 2 or 3 pounds of potatoes to season Dutch Oven, and you're all set to cook your favorite recipes. The top will also fit the 10-1/2" round griddle plus regular skillet - very kewl.

I still don't know why this costs so much more than the Cuisinart products, but I choose it since I already have a KitchenAid mixer and didn't want to have to worry about storage space for another appliance. It works great and the ice cream tastes delicious! I store the bowl in the freezer. It does work a little better when I set the freezer on the coldest setting.

I love this thermos. It keeps my water cold for over 24 hours. This is the second one I bought -- I lost the first one. My only complaint is that the first one I bought had a netting carrier which enabled me to carry it over my shoulder. For some reason, the second time I bought it, the netting carrier was not available so now I have to carry it by hand or put it in my briefcase.

Bought first in May,liked simple rugged design, with highest power offered, fixed baking temperature, tried it and worked fine, used Walmart Buttermilk Pancake Mix , sexed up with i egg per cup of mix, and used milk, used light spray oil seasoning prior to first waffle ,wiped excess oil with paper towel. Used time for 3 minutes as baking guide. Terrific waffles, Bought 2nd in June, had 2 going for large family gathering, used same recipe and fresh fruit topping and/or Maple syrup (warmed) as topping. Family raved over taste and quality, Meantime tested whipped egg whites alternative with Walmart Buttermilk mix several times, a winner for texture, and lightness, Topping checked included thinned Raspberry Jam as a warmed syrup, w & w/o fruit toppings. ... This was an enjoyable appliance when it worked, and I was quite pleased with it until a couple months ago when it just wouldn't turn on. I'm not a big baker so it was used very lightly. I purchased it only a little over a year ago and it is already dead. Fortunately my American Express extends the warranty by a year so I'm able to get a refund. My old cruddy 3-speed $15 hand mixer lasted for years and years - 10+ years. I'm disappointed in this KitchenAid product - so much for KitchenAid quality.
