One of the best products you can have in your kitchen is the Food Saver system for doing just what the title implies.

These Premier containers are the ones I reach for first when I need a storage container. Like the Stain Saver line they replaced, they simply do not stain, even when holding tomato sauce or chili.

These are made of thick polycarbonate, and unlike the Stain Saver line, they have not cracked or broken. (Stain Savers were known to split in half in the dishwasher even w/unheated dry cycle.) The Premier lids fit snugly and the containers stack securely in the fridge. The covers fit the bottom of the containers and nest nicely, and the containers nest nicely as well. The only complaint I have is they don't make the small size (1 cup, I think) anymore.

I plan on buying more of these.

In a word, perfect. This spice rack is perfect for an in the cabinet hidden spice rack. We have a narrow cabinet that is not practical for too much but perfect for spices. The bottom shelf has a spice carrousel for regularly used spices and this is on the second shelf. When I pull it out they hang down to the first shelf level - which is "perfect." My only concern is that the bottom shelf seems like it may start to separate from the sides under the weight of the spices, but so far so good and I don't put my use everday spices on it.

Really, who ever thought of this gets a gold star, great idea and design. Works as advertised.

J.A. Henckels 19-Slot Super Knife Storage Block

After visiting several kitchen stores and big box department stores that apparently don't carry more than one knife block, I finally found one that holds all of my knives! The block does exactly what I expected it to do - hold a lot of knives.

This magnetic strip is really strong. But the screws that came with the product were cheep, we ended up using some spare screws we had on hand because the top just melted into nothing and one of the tops broke off in the wall. So keep that in mind if you purchase this.

FoodSaver 1 Quart Size Bag, Package of 48

I've been using the Food Saver system for several years. It does a fine job of extending the expected shelf-life of stored foods. The 1 quart bags are the size that are useful for a 2 party family. These bags are very well made, and seal to perfection. I may suggest one improvement...the seal line should be more adjustable so that the bag could be reused a couple of times. You should be able to cut off the bag at the seal point, reinsert a food, and reseal the bag. I can't do this because too much of the bag is wasted after cutting off the first seal.
I have dealt with customer service a few times and they have been very accommodating, and have fully satisfied my needs.

I was first drawn to this product when I found out that it has a special loose tea compartment, which was exactly what I was looking for.
The basket holes are a little wide, so fine pieces from herbal teas will fall through, but overall it does the job.
As for coffee: it makes two cups from my french press, pours into a starbucks "tall" and leaves room for milk.
So for coffee or tea, this little thermos is perfect to take anywhere. I've had no leaks or spills.

The bread box is a good quality product for the cost. If you need a heavier gage product than you need to pay more.

This item was supposed to be spill proof. I filled it with water and laid it on it's side and to my suprise water started leaking out. I bought this item so that I didn't have to worry about caring it through the house on my way to work without spilling coffee on my carpet. Sent it back immediately.
