The Financial Times is a great newspaper, right up there with the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.

However, ordering it through this service has resulted in no issues and frustration trying to get the subscription going. After 3 calls, I finally cancelled the order.

If you're a political junkie, probably more left leaning, then the weekly edition of Washington Post hits the spot. This edition includes indepth reports, articles, and their opinion columns for the past 7-10 days of each issue. After living in Washington, D.C. for four years, I got spoiled with the every day and behind the scenes reporting conducted by the Washington Post. This weekly edition is second only to the daily editions. I think it's a better choice than buying the Sunday edition available across the country. And Amazon offers a great price.

I ordered this subscription for my son. The paper delivery started sooner than expected. It arrives promptly each week day and is in perfect condition. My son has enjoyed the articles, particularly those in the sports section. He plans on renewing the subscription when it runs out.

Don't take my star rating as commentary on the quality of the Jouranl as it is a simply must read for any finance professional. I rated one star due to the price on Amazon. I was recently singing up for delivery and thought $249 for a year's subscription doesn't appear too bad. Of course when you compare it to a 54 week subscription for both print and online for $99 it is a terrible deal. If purchasing go to WSJ homepage.

Guardian - Weekly Edition

We cancelled the Charlotte Observer to get this low on substance and old news. I'm a native Brit and thought I would be getting something akin to the British version of the Guardian

This is really poor and a regrettable purchase by me.

Please don't take into account the rave reviews here these people must not now about the news online.....

Ah well 52 weeks and I'll be unsubbed.....

International Jerusalem Post

'The International Jerusalem Post' is a condensed version of what is arguably the best daily newspaper in Israel. The 'Post' has a strong editorial line in support of the state of Israel, and its Jewish values.
It is a very good newspaper.
