This is a good magazine for standard cake decorating - I was hoping for more "out of the box" ideas.

I absolutely adore Elle Decoration - as several other reviewers have noted, unfortunately, the American version can't compare. The spaces are gorgeous, and infinitely more imaginative and vivacious. All of my American magazines (with the exception of Interior Design) get ripped apart, with a few pages pulled out and the rest tossed - Elle Decoration always gets saved in its entirety. I highly recommend - these magazines are eye candy, and they are truly worth the extra cost of an import.

Art Et Decoration

I first bought Art et Decoration in France. That was 9 years ago. It was difficult to subscribe to for the first 2 years. Now that Amazon has made it easier, I have subscribed to it for 4 years. The photography and layout and the decorating is superb. To make your home comfortable with an authentically French touch, you need this wonderful magazine. Thank you for offering it here in the States. Also, thank you for the English Summaries.

I had the same problem as the other reviewers. Six months passed after I had ordered until I finally received my first issue. Then three months went by and two came at the same time. Not quite sure what is up with the mailing service, but I ended up canceling. It's easier and less of a headache just to get them from the bookstore. Too bad because this is the best interiors mag around.
