This a great magazine for the younger teens, full of pictures and articles about riders they can relate to. The pull out posters are great! I highly recommend this for younger riders.

This magazine is excellent for beginners. Written articles are for all levels of experience, and do not make beginners feel 'out of their league'. Easy to understand, and relevant materials.

Cat Fancy is a great magazine. So far I've received two issues, and look forward to more. The issues I received thus far have had interesting topics discussed. Topics such as Hope for Feral Cats, The Encroachment of Tiger Habitats, Alternative Medicine, Natural Diets, The No-Kill Shelter Quest, etc. The magazine also has a Q and A section where Vets answer many questions and concerns owners/parents have about their cats. There is also an advice column, stories about rescued cats, a breed profile, a free poster in each magazine, etc. The only thing I didn't care for was the Cat Breeder Directory, in the back of each magazine, that took up several pages (though I'm sure others may like this feature). I purchased this product for my son who is 12 for Christmas. He loves the magazine and the best part was that the articles are easy to read and he is able to understand most of the content. The best part is by far the photos and ads.

I have only received one issue of Wildbird but am happy that I have subscribed. As a beginning birder, I need all the help that I can get and I am unwilling purchase an experienced birder (do they even sell those at Amazon?).

This magazine is well laid out and provides a plethora of fun, and interesting, facts about the birds between its covers. I look forward to the next issue.

If you are looking for a Horse magazine full of articles and not ads this is the one for you. We have been getting H&R for 2 years and will keep getting it.The articles are good for western show,western pleasure, and good sound training tips; for anyone that wants to enjoy their horse with out a fight.
