Anyone more or less involved in the art market should be an Art & Auction reader. Every issue covers different areas of collectibles, from Asian art to contemporary painting, from old masters to wine, and so on. There is a monthly artist dossier which studies the market for a particular artist, delivering valuable insight on his or her career, style, key periods, etc. Contributors are all long-time experts (Souren Melikian, Judd Tully...)and the illustrations of the works of art are all of a high quality. Undoubtedly the irreplaceable bible of the art market.

I took this magazine for a year and found it rather disappointing, there was little real content. I was starting to thing that all the magazines had become just ad space for retailers until I picked up Fly RC, I find that it has much more actual content.
I have been subscribing with this magazine since the first issue. I am a avid cross stitcher. I only wished I had more time. The articles are great. The patterns are easily seen and colorful. They can fit into any home. Some of them have biblical reference. I love the reciepe that they include into the magazine.
You cant go wrong with this subscription....only wished I could order more time to stitch.

Just as Robert Carr wrote, this magazine is bland. Unfortunately, I subscribed to Create magazine for 2 years and this company bought it. When I got the first magazine I was extremely disappointed by its content, I contacted them immediately to cancel my subscription and was told that they can "honor" my cancellation but couldn't give me a refund, does that make any sense??
I sent a certified letter to the president with no answer. My last resort was an email stating that I will tell my story if they didn't give me my refund, again, they ignored me. So here I am, letting you know how badly they treat their costumers. Dynamic Graphics is a boring magazine with more pages of ads than information, and no respect for their customers. ... Read More:
I have been collecting books off and on for over 20 years. Before I started reading Fine Books & Collections in 2004, however; I was quite ignorant to book collecting outside my specific area of interest. Over the years I have become much more sophisticated and knowledgeable about collecting thanks to FB&C.
Each issue covers a broad spectrum of subjects ranging from the basics of collecting to explanations of particular areas of specialty. They have regular columns on collector and dealer profiles, maps, fine press, auction reports, and so on. It is the only magazine that I read cover to cover and enjoy every minute of it. Even the advertisements are interesting because it helps me to find additional resources and connections. I also ... Read More:
This magazine regularly has a lot of very solid info in it for video creators at many levels. Sure, a seasoned professional might find this magazine superfluous, but teaching such a person something new is not the purpose of the magazine. It's refreshing to see a publication that has an actual mission, which Videomaker does, and to see it work very successfully toward that mission. If you want to express yourself with video and you're not yet a seasoned professional, this is one magazine you should definitely subscribe to. There is always room for improvement, so it pays to keep an eye on other publications as well, but I have yet to pick up an issue of Videomaker without finding plenty worth reading.

Daughter gets this magazine. She loves it!! I like that it covers all aspects of dance, and since she competes has lots of helpful hints.
