Filter and Under the Radar are the only music magazines I come near. I hear Mojo is just as informative, renovative, and enjoyable, but I'm a little too close-minded to care about other genres I... don't care much about. Fans of rock/pop/what the kids are calling "indie"/alternative/punk/post-punk/folk/!!!!, take a gander at this.

And the covers are slick and durable. They don't look out of place sitting on a coffee table.

IVE TOLD HIM FOR MONTHS THAT IVE WANTED A SUBSCIPTION TO MY FAVORITE MAGAZINE, CLASSIC ROCK!!!WELL, HE IS GETTING IT FOR ME.HOW GREAT A GIFT IS THAT!!I GOT MY FIRST COPY SEVERAL YEARS AGO AT A LOCAL BOOKS A MILLION STORE.LOVED IT RIGHT FROM THE START.WENT BACK THE NEXT TWO MONTHS AND GOT THOSE ISSUES. I LOVE PAPER. I always buy it, along with the Village Voice to find out what to do & where to go in the city. I find it perfect for daytripping. It's got fun fashion too! (I'm a professional artist & book lover. And former New Yorker.)

Dell Logic Puzzles

Everything was fine, ordered in October and received my first issue in December. Even though I was warrened it would be this long or longer, I thought that was a little too long to wait! Why should it take that long?
However, I was happy with the service, otherwise, and I like the book!

The magazine isn't the best out there, but is far from the worst. I enjoy reading it as it keeps me fairly up to date on the newest products coming out.

If you are interested in subscribing, I'd suggest going directly through the publisher, as they charge just over half the going rate here for a year subscription. I recently resubscribed to the magazine, as I had found an incredible deal through a subscription card found in the magazine; 3-years for the price of 1. Go raid your local book store or news stand and see if you can find one of these cards!

I am a musican and guitar maker and have found Vintage Guitar Magazine to be one of the best in the market for both serious collectors and players as well as people just interested in guitars. It covers a cross section of the market with new technology ads as well as established companies, features on a cross section of musicans, and a classfied ad section with top end guitars. It is worth checking out.

This magazine is excellent. It is originally published in German (the author, Daniel Knop, is German), but then translated into, among several languages, English. The articles are very interesting information - each issue is dedicated to a different topic that you can read to the level you want; anyone from a beginner aquarist to one who has been in the hobby for many years will find useful information.

The entire magazine is a high-quality color print, no cheap pages. It is published every 2 months, and it usually takes me that long to truly digest all of the information. Other topics also include sections dedicated to the beginner aquarist, and general articles of interest to anyone interested in the marine environment and new discoveries.
