Paso a Paso

I would say that after having this limited edition CD, I bought each and every one of his previous CDs. I really like the work made here. "R&B like"... I don't think so. It has all aspects well done( vocals, composition, and musicians). A refreshing change from the traditional Product-Pop. What I would recommend is someone better for the Remixes, both on the remixes cd and on this one.

I am studying Spanish and enjoy listening to popular music in that language. Luis Fonsi sings beautifully and is a joy to listen to on this CD.

This is a great cd by the super talented P.Rican singer Luis Fonsi. My favorite songs are: Perdoname--Si tu quizieras and dime como. Also check out his "Abrazar la Vida" cd and the latest "Paso a Paso".

Fight The Feeling

I first heard the song Fight The Feeling on a United flight from Seattle to LA back in 2002 or 2003 and the dj never said who sung it. I was hooked, but I didn't know this amazing singer. Long story short, I FINALLY found him two years later in 2004 and still listen to it all the time since then. I bought this cd because of that one fantastic song and love the whole entire cd. It's great. Now I'm going to get more of his work (especially if it's anything like this). Fight The Feeling was never released in Australia so this cd is my secret, and speaking of which, Secret is another fantastic song. I love him whether he's singing in English or Spanish. He's great and you have to hear him. I hope he keeps releasing new material. I'll buy it all.

I love Luis FOnsi's work, but whoever came with the idea of making a Remixes Cd ..was wrong! I couln't imagine the beautiful ballad "Imaginame sin ti" in a club! If you are looking for a good release by this singer, check out Abrazar la vida and his latest Paso a Paso.

Eterno

This is one of his first releases and one of his all time's best (I think). My favorite songs are: Imaginame sin ti--Eterno and Dentro de mi Corazon. Cd full of great ballads. Also check out Abrazar la vida and the latest Paso a Paso.

Secret / Keep My Cool

First of all, Luis Fonsi has got an especially wonderful voice. He has a whole lot more talent than many of the pop singers out there (Latino and non). Even his songs that are just "okay" sound like they are spun with gold when Luis sings them. The best word I could use to describe his style is "soaring." He is expressive, sensual and very infectious to listen to!

The far superior song on this single is "Secret" ("Amor Secreto" is the Spanish version of this song). Luis' intepretation is at once soft, smoothe and intensifies as the song progresses. What I would give to be the lucky lady he is singing this song for! Luis Fonsi doesn't whine when he brings emotional content to his songs (other pop singers could take their cue from this young man). ... Read More:
