My 2 year old decided he was tired of our lullabys and so we tried classical music. Surprisingly, he decided he liked the Bach track on our generic classical music CD so much he only wanted to hear that track. So.... (sigh) we needed a kid-friendly Bach CD. When I say kid friendly I mean something without big crescendos that awaken him or dissonant disturbing songs, etc. Anyway, we got this, and it fits the bill and he loves it. I can talk to him about happy scenes he might be doing that the music would be an appropriate soundtrack for to help him drift off, i.e. "Imagine you're running very fast through the tall grass and laughing and playing..."
