Rambling Boy

'Rambling Boy' is a marvelous compilation of authentic, front-porch Americana. I love country and hear my share of Bluegrass. If you're a fan of groups such as Charlie Haden, as I am, this will show you what their predecessors sounded like. True roots music. The recording is great, as well. Nary a hiss or pop, which is quite remarkable for recordings of this era. The engineers obviously embarked on a labor of love. The songs and the singers are first rate- this is a sing along CD- grab it and bring it with you- warning: it may cause foot tapping and hand clapping.

I loved the movie and my basset hound sang along to a few of the tunes in the movie; however she (the basset) did not respond at all to the music from the sound track, and this was a little disappointing, but I liked it a great deal.

I don't know what ya'll think about abortion. The proceeDs go to support it. BUT..If you like freakin' amazin rock..Then you've NeVer Heard JohnettE Napolitano QuItE So Good! (ConcReTe blonde). And you Won't BeLiEve The antiCs of Of BabeS iN ToyLand's GoofiNess! And "Midnight at the Oasis" is Done with Brillance by That Dog. I am not of course amazed at the heartfelt freakin genius of Sophie B HAwkins..Well..Always a fresh treat..I am Happy that the Indigo Girls chose a gay anthem that suits them..I am pleased with Letters to Cleo.
