Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101

I think its a classic, he has some of the best rhymes and choruses ive ever heard...it makes my hair stand up, and he has great charisma on the mic. The beats all pound, and the mids and highs are very interesting to listen to, even slightly pychedelic like track 1, I have the feeling of being on a sick merry go round of making money (there is a money machine going in the background).

Some say he has too many ad libs, i never got annoyed by it, it only added to the greatness. Some say all he talks about is snow, but listening to this album makes you feel motivated to do "ANYTHING YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO, PUT YOUR GRIND TO"

Check the bass line on "standing ovation", the chorus on track 1 "thug motivation 101", and the lyrics ... Read More:

I dont usually write reviews but young jeezy really came with a strong cd here. Top notch beats and production puts jeezy over the top on this one. His braggadosious voice and confident rhymes really show that the man loves what he does and he gives it to his fans with real talk.

This CD is a classic. It's motivational even though he's talkin about trapping. You can definitely take some of the rappin and use it as motivation. He's definitely on his grind. As far as production, Shawty Redd did a fabulous job on the standout tracks he produced. My favorite song is Air Forces. If you don't have this, you have to buy it NOW!!!

Young jeezy's "The inspiration" has no inspiration... Like his album before this one ? "thug mov" & "trap or die" or wuteva tha f*ck he called it? It falls flat and he just wants to be big and make alot of money, and be on mtv or b.e.t. All day long, just like 50/g unit along wid other wack rappers. Two starts simply cause the song "dreamin" is actullie good but the rest of the album is garbage.

You Can't Ban the Snowman

This is Young Jeezy at his best. He pretty much goes off the entire cd, its incredible. This is the stuff that makes me wanna rap. And I think i'll start...
O by the way I would recommend the cd Hood Muzik by Big Wheel records. Both these two albums are my favorite right now
